"K&n 77 series is great the power difference is amazing. When give the truck gas you can here it sucking all that cool unrestricted air into your engine. It is very simple to install and well worth the money for the performance you get out of it. For now on all my trucks wil have a k&n on them."

"Easy installation and instructions. Installed on a '04 GMC Yukon Denali XL. Great fit, good sound. Have not verified gas mileage claims. The hardest part of the install was installation of the black rubber strip around the metal shield, way too hard to mold and get it to stay in place. My kit had one rubber washer missing :-("

"It looks good under the hood, and it performs better. I'm noticing 2-3 miles per gallon increase in my gas mileage, and I can easily feel the horsepower increase and better throttle response. I highly recommend it."

Lost 30 miles per tank

"With the same driving habits, I lost 30 miles per tank of gas. For a non-mechanic, installation time was 2 hrs. Looks nice under the hood and makes a pleasant roaring noise. Feels like it has more torque now."

"I recently purchased a K&N 77 and it has improved both my gas mileage and horsepower. My 5.7L Hemi truck has responded quite well. Mileage went from 10.2 to 11.3mpg. That's $6 a tank. It's much quicker and stronger when accelerating also. I'd recommend this upgrade to anyone."

2004 Chevy Tahoe

"I liked everything about this transaction. It was shipped *very* quickly. Amazingly easy to install (even for someone like me who isn't that mechanically inclined). I had previously had a dual Magnaflow exhaust installed and this upgrade unlocked some of the HP that it provided. I can't keep my foot off the accelerator, but even so I have seen a slight increase in gas mileage. I expect to see a bigger improvement once I can behave myself. This upgrade took me about an hour to install (I was taking my time) and it looks great. Sounds great. This plus a free flowing exhaust is the best upgrade for any vehicle. I recommend!"

"installation was easy.did not notice increase in gas mileage and i did keep my foot out of it on a long highway trip.this unit was alot louder than i expected.but i have gotten used to it now.i will say performance wise it surpassed what i expected.i now know why they call the m head rests."

"I was very pleased with the step by step instructions and photos for an easy install. The quicker response on acceleration was the first thing I noticed along with the sound when you get into it. Checked my gas milage today and it increased 1.5 MPG. If this isn't enough, it also looks good."

"This product is an absolute must for any person wanting more performance and efficiency from their vehicle. In my opinion, you can't beat the performance this intake adds for the relatively cheap cost. The installation is fool-proof and just about anyone with a few basic tools can do it. The engine feels so much smoother and healthier with the added air flow. Definitely worth the money!"

"Installation was easy. Took about an hour. It feels much stronger than before. I was hoping for better gas mileage. Didnt increase my mpg. I drove two hundred miles on the interstate using the cruise control. After the install I drove the same route again also with cruise control.I went from 18.2 mpg to 17.7 mpg. I had already put on a flowmaster cat back exhaust and an intake spacer. These numbers were attained at a steady 70 mph.The K&N is so much more fun to drive that I almost dont care.It does take some getting used to, the intake makes a noticeable sucking sound that almost sounds like a vacuum leak but only under acceleration."
