"I was hesitant to purchase this intake because I have had some in the past and all they do is create more noise in the cabin. The Durango is my wife's car and she hates any kind of performace product. She was complaining in the morning about how the car would hesitate when she would give it gas. I thought this would be a good fix. To my surprise the hesitation is gone, you dont even know that you installed the open filter because it sounds the same as OEM when driving normal. Now when you floor it, the sound of the Hemi will scare you and you the engine comes ALIVE. A lot of torque and power. Only wish I would have bought this sooner. Worth every penny."

"My truck (07'NISSAN Frontier Crew Cab V6) really pulls from 4000 rpm to 6000 rpm and sounds mean. Deep angry growling sound. I love it. Also gained about 2mpg. Thank you K&N..and thank you Autoanything for the great shipping and price."

"This is my second K&N I got from this guys at Auto Anything. This one was installed in a 2003 Toyota Matrix XRS. K&N continues to live up to its name. Can't go wrong in any vehicle out there. The power boost is unbelievable. I do recommend 100% to anyone looking to improve performance in any vehicle at a modest price."

"It was fairly easy to install does not seem to make engine sound louder which is okay with me. Loud sucking sound coming from filter not sure if this is normal operating sound or not seems to do the job."

"I was so happy when i got kit i went straight out to put it on. It was easy to put on. once it was on, took it for a drive and it was great it made the motor sounded more agressive.It takes the computer a little time to adjust to it and yes you could fell the power it gives."

"Cold air filter system was relatively easy to install. Was somewhat apprehensive that vehicle's noise level would increase, but this was not a problem. Haven't had filter installed long enough to tell if power or mileage has increased."

2002 Impala

"A great increase in performance. I haven't checked my mileage increase yet. It was tricky to install with my performance throttle body adapter, but it fit with a little work. Simple to install when you have the tools. It gave the engine a deeper sound under acceleration. The only downside is at morning startup you can really hear the air intake, but after the engine warms up it's back to normal."

2005 Expedition, K&N Intake Kit

"Recieved the K&N intake kit from AutoAnything. Everything was there and the instructions were clear. There were some differences between the text instruction and my vehicle. There was nothing there that prevented me from completing the install. However, during certain points in the install the instruction became guidelines rather than the law. I was impressed by the overall fit of the kit. Everything matched up well and I was able to complete the install in about an hour. The only thing that slowed me down was the purchase of a drill bit to accomodate the brake booster on my vehicle. I have had the air intake on about a week. I haven't been able to measure the gas mileage, but the performance is noticeable and the sound is great. Next step is to install a Gibson Cat-Back system. I will be measuring the fuel economy after that install."

"This intake is awesome. Took me about an hour to install but you will get an instant response after installation. After installation take your truck out and floor the pedal and it will sound almost race like. I love it and you will too."
