"The unit looks great and knowing it is a K & N you know it works, The issue is on my Tundra 5.7L it is very loud under the hood. Other than that it looks great, was fairly easy to install, and should help my fuel mileage a bit."

"Got it from AutoAnything in 5 days with the absolute best price out there. Super easy to install and it looks great. Added a bit better acceleration around town, but in the higher rpm range is where it really shines(after 2800 rpm's or so). Had one small trip and got around 1.5 to 2 mpg better. Otherwise I can't keep my foot off the gas pedal. I would buy it again in a heartbeat."

"I have seen an instant inprovment in my F-150 STX 4.6L! Responsiveness and sound have made noticable increases. I have not had an opprotunity to calculate actual MPG increase but believe this should inprove as well."

"Intake kit sounds great inproved performance not as shifty in trans. as before . Still have not seen any inprovment in gas millage witch was my main reason for purchase. Have not been to heavy on gas pedal but at times hard to stay off of it. Have it on work truck with big utility box lot of weight so other trucks it may inprove millage."

"The plastic pice that go around the housing should fit much better.( is 1" to short). The arm that mount to the side is way way to short for a truck that have no security horn. Look at it and see it yourself, that arm will never work in a million year. I made an arm of my self to install that. The housing should be much better design for the that price. I am not inpress with that. The intake itself is very nice. I will not buy another..."

"Designed for the V10 but will fit the 5.4 after talking with Ford (their the same parts for the air intake),it fit perfectly. I could feel the increase in power right away.I tow a 35ft RV so any additional power is always helpfull."

K&N 77 Series Intake

"The longest chrome tube coming from the throttle body and going across the engine had a 4" dent in it on the side that faces the front of the SUV, which means you can see it every time you raise the hood. The tubing in my opinion is tinny and cheap. The one bracket on that same tube did not line up correctly and had to be CARFULLY bent to fit. The installation was fairly straight forward and simple. On the performance side, it sounds great and their is a noticeable improvement in power, quite nice. Now I have to learn not to push down so hard, on that last pedal on the right."

"i bought the 77 series intake for my expedition it was really easy to install and it now sounds great. i got a little improvement on my gas milage and i can feel a differnece in pick up and accelleration. now my truck great break stands too with the little bit of added power"

"I have installed a K&N 77 Series Intake Kit on my 2007 E450 RV. The installation went without a problem by following the provided instructions. The volume of air available to the V10 engine was increased several times. The affect of the kit will be noted on longer trips this summer, but an initial test drive showed that the engine was running easier. Good product!"

"Installation instructions better than most. Installation did need three hands when installing the sensor in the box. Haven't seen an increase in milage but truck does seem to accererate smoother."

"I love the sound and increased responsiveness that the intake provides. The horsepower has definitely increased. The engine runs smoother and quieter at highway cruising speeds, but comes to life when you step on the accelerator. My truck now accelerates with ease. The look of the intake system installed is sharp. However, I saw a negligible improvement in gas mileage, so I am a little bit baffled at others claims of getting 3 to 4 mpg improvements."

"This kit does not only look sharp under the hood with the metal intake, It adds in power and saves on fuel. I noticed the most significant amount of power increase at higher rpms with a quicker throttle responce."

"Well it's shiney, I have the "Off-road" option from the dealer, so I had a slightly larger air-filter to start. That being said, stock dyno HP increase on a stock install is 12.49hp I can't really feel whatever it is on mine. Sounds a little bit throatier when passing. After about 2 weeks MPG started out at around 17.5 now Im in the low 18s somewhere. It took me about 2 hrs to install, I am NOT mechanically inclined. All in all kinda pricey for 1 mpg and some shiny metal under the hood. Next will be a throttle body spacer."

"What a great addition to my "03" Toyota Tacoma! Installation was a breeze considering I'm not a "do it yourself" kinda guy. Just follow the suppled instructions that come w/the unit and you should be done w/installation in about 1 1/2 hours. To early to see any results, but it sure sounds great!!!!!!!! The whole process from ordering to shipping via "AutoAnything" was a pleasure. By the way, I did notice from the beginning, that my throttle response has greatly improve."

"I have a Toyota Tundra 5.7 reg cab and i added the K and N 77 series intake. All I can say is Wow. Not only did it improve my mpg a little bit but it sounds like a beast when you get on it. Worth every penny. It took me a little over 1 hour to install it."
