"Not only is better then the stock air intake but looks better too........ when adding oil after a change the filler is easier to get to also. Before you would have to reach over the stock intake tube and try and not spill. Now you have a clear shot with no obstructions.........All the holes lined up too. Very happy with overall product Thank You!"

"Great way to buy auto parts... AutoAnything is the Best!! The FIPK took just over an hour to install. The directions were ok, but left a little to the imaginaton. Everything fit, and that made the install go easily. You can really hear the thing sucking air, especially when the motor's cold. I combined this with a performance chip and a MagnaFlow cat-back dual set up... awesome sound, better response, and it looks like 2-3 MPG improvement. I highly recommend the K&N product; just buy it from AutoAnything!"

"The installation of the K&N was not diffecult at all with the aid of the instructions that came with the unit. A few basic hand tools and about an hours time and it was installed.
The follow ups from Autoanything ie: tracking from there store to my home was a good thing. It was delievered in a very timely fashion; and them asking about how everything worked out was a plus also.
In the future if I need anything else for my car I would not hesitate to get it from Autoanything.

"I installed the K&N filter kit on my 2001 F-250 with the 6.8 liter V-10. It was everything it claimed to be! My truck is the crew cab model with the long bed....big, heavy truck! It needed the extra power the filter provides. I will be putting K&N filter kits on all my future vehicles. Thank you K&N and AutoAnything!"

"The K&N FIPK Air Intake that I received was complete and came with clear instructions. Mounted the parts as per the instructions and have had no problems since. We took our time and it still only took about an hour or so to cmplete.

"The K&N FIPK is awesome. you need to know what youre doing when installing on the 3.8L GM engines(impala,grand prix, monte carlo). once its in and you start it, it has a loud rushing air sound to it..thats normal. but always double check around clamps for proper tightness for any air leaks. ive noticed an improvement in gas mileage. about 1.5 miles per gallon increase. sounds awesome when you're full throttle. all in all a great intake kit!"

"i purchased one of these intake kits and i got it in about a week and it was right on time. i can notice some gains in horsepower when i really get on it and i love the growl it makes when u punch it. i havent noticed any mpg gains yet but i havent taken my food out of it yet. overall a very good purchase."

"This thing woke up my hemi. Before, it sounded a little ominous just stock, but now when you step on it, it just thunders to life. At idle, there is no difference in sound, but step on it just a little and it roars. Power is noticeably improved, especially in the low end. Instructions were difficult to understand, but I eventually got it on just fine. Would definitely recommend."

"The instructions were easy to follow. it took me about
1.5 hours to install it. the only problem that I could see
was that the air tube, air filter comes in contact with the
bottom of the circle cutout in the heat shield. This is
causing a vibration when I accelerate quickly.Other than thatit woks great. Haven't had it on long enough to check
for a increase in mph."

"This is my second k&n FIPK on my second vehicle. These kits come complete, installation is a breeze, K&N quality and performance is noticed from the first bolt you turn to the first time you start the engine. The volume of air the motor now pulls in is noticeable. The throttle response is improved, mileage isn't up a lot, but power is. A bit pricey, but compared to other manufacturers this is a deal. Thanks."

"I received the kit within a couple of days of placing the order. Everything was included in the box as ordered and in good condition. Although I would recommend K&N put a little more packing material inside the box to prevent the contents from shifting around. I found the instructions to be very clear and apreciated the pictorial views of each step in the installation process. I didn't rush when installing the system (trying to make sure I didn't scratch anything on my GTO), and completed the task within 2 hours. My Goat is running fine with the new Air Intake and I do feel a slight boost in power and did notice a little better fuel economy (use that justification to your wife!). I would recommend this unit to any car enthusiast."

"I've had it about 2 weeks now and haven't yet checked the mileage yet but it looks great and i have noticed some added power. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. I must agree with some of the other reviews when they say this thing is loud. When you first start your car it sounds like a shop vac under the hood but i noticed after a few minutes the car adapts and it quiets down some. I love this thing!"

"Great price, Easy install, maybe 20 mins or so. I already have the bully dog power pup and the MBRP turbo back exhaust, this is just a little extra. No big noticable power increase, but then again it would be pretty hard to tell without using a dyno. It does whistle a little more, but i like it. Oh, and for anyone that changes their own air filter on these 6.0s, you know how tricky it is to change the stock air filter, well not with this, easy to take out, easy to clean, easy to get back in."
