"The system was easy to install, took about 20 minutes. There is a noticable improvement in the throttle response from a start. The lag that is inherent in these cars has been eliminated. I am seeing about a 2mpg increase both highway and city. My car is equiped with the ZHP performance package which has the stainless exhaust so there is not a noticable change in exhaust note."

"The K&N FIPK Air Intake system has done everything that I have read and heard about. It was extremely easy to install taking only a little over an hour. I should have purchased this system when I bought my F-150. You can hear it working when you put your foot down. As for increased mileage I have gone from 16 mpg city to 19 mpg city. I am very satisfied."

"Before I bought this, I was thinking about getting a cold air intake from Ingen or AEM. I decided upon the K&N FIPK because I love K&N's product quality and guaranteed horsepower increase. The instructions they sent were for the most part accurate and installation took me about 3 hours (working by myself). The sound of this intake is great and I can't get enough of it, I find myself accelerating around town just to here it. Under normal driving conditions it sounds like it isn't even there. I notice a quicker throttle response, and this thing really kicks when the V-TEC engages around 4000RPM. Money well spent."

"I've had my K&N FIPK CAI on my car for about a week now and all I can say is wow. To start with, the sound is gorgeous, it adds a deep tone to my 4 cylinder that I didn't think possible. The installation was quick and easy, a simple procedure of take one off put one on (the hardest part was putting the rubber trim on the heat shield), and once on the product looks great. For performance the difference is there, the car sits down and kicks a bit harder now and I've taken about a second and a quarter off of my 0-60 time. Since putting it on I've also noticed an impressive mileage gain, my mpg's went from averaging 23 to 27 over the last two tanks. The only downside that I can think of is that there is a noticeable droning from about 5000 RPM's that is quite loud (I happen to like it, but a few friends have voiced their displeasure). All in all I've found this to be a great product and would recommend it to anyone in the CAI market, in fact my dad just got one for his 2007 Sport Trac after trying out mine and being so impressed."

"I'm not much of a mechanic, in fact I haven't changed my own oil sense i was in high school and that was over 20 years ago so believe me i was worried when i opened up the box and noticed all the parts. I ended up being pleasantly surprised at how easy the directions made the process. the direction said it would take 90 minutes but i was done in less than an hour. My Tahoe went from about 15.7 highway to 19.2 and the vehicle sounds much better and has noticeable more horsepower now!!!!"

"I bought the product for preformance and milage. I haven't been on the road yet to check the mileage yet but will tomorow and hope to see a gain from wdhatg I was getting. My son has had your equipment for over 6 years on his GTP Grand Prix and gets better mileage than i do on my Grand Prix GT, so I am looking forward to getting better. Very satisfied so far."

"The installation was extremely easy and my engine now has a much richer and powerful sound plus stronger throttle response and smoother shifting. My miles per gallon were 15mpg but now average 16.5mpg, a 1.5mpg increase! AutoAnything also honored their lower price guarantee with out hesitation and were very pleasant to work with. As far as I am concern, this was a great buy and worth every penny. Don't hesitate to buy this, you won't regret it!"

"The installation in my 03 v6 tacoma was fine- directions were a bit vague. The overall look is alright, but the heat shield is kind of a joke. There are HUGE gaps on the sides, as well as around the pipe. Not a big noticeable difference in low-end power, but while cruising it takes hills easier and acceleration is better. Big problem is the noise - between 2800-3200 rpm in 3rd+ gear the thing is the human equivalent to a dog whistle. You cant talk/hear anything while it's going on. Above 3200rpm it settles into a nice deep sound. I contacted K&N and they said there is no way around it - it's just how the filter is."

"This intake was definitely worth buying. I had an intake installed on my previous car so I knew what to expect when I got this one. But it actually exceeded expectations, the gas mileage is better by around 2mpg in the city. I am not really sure how much better the mpgs are on the highway, but it definitely is better. The sound is great, the extra power is there as well. A good looking and performing product."

"Let me start off by saying how great it was working with autoanything. I will be ordering from them in the future. The cold air intake looks great on the truck. I haven't noticed to much in the performance department, but I have noticed 1 to 2mpg and my flowmaster exhaust doesn't sound "stuffed up" any more. Now the exhaust sounds smooth and I can tell that the truck is breathing alot deeper, its what the trucked need. To install it took about 35 minutes (If you know what your doing)."

"Noticed a big difference immediately. Enhanced response - feels more powerful and quickly responds to the slightest acceleration - I haven't gone thru a tank of gas yet - but so far I am predicting that the gas mileage is going to be quite a bit higher than I originally anticipated from just reading the specs on the information available - so overall - I am both happy and pleasantly surprised - I would certainly recommend the K&N cold air intake to any and everyone - I already have told several people about it."

"Very fast delivery from Auto Anything. Easy to install definently makes a difference in acceleration. If you don't want to hear your intake don't buy this air intake. this intake is loud and I love it on my truck. My 8.1 (496)can breathe now, too early to tell on the gas mileage will check later pulling trailer to much to tell now and can't keep my foot out of it love the sound."

"I recently installed the K&N FIPK Air Intake on my '04 Ram. Install time was a little over an hour and well worth it. It is absolutly amazing. The engine is quiet and stealthy as can be at cruise and idle, but the second you get on it...not even the radio can drown out the beautiful roar of the V8. Throttle response has been increased to what feels like its full potential. I would highly recomend this addition to anyone looking for a good bang for your buck."

"I just put in mine intake and i can already hear and feel a difference in the sound and power. also my mpg has increased which i find very helpful. overall i would recomend this product to anyone. it was a little tricky putting in but not very. this a very good investment."
