"I bought this for my 16 yr. old son for his 2007 Silverado. Gave it to him early alomg with a Borla exhaust. He's quite the "Gear Head" and really loves it. He had to call all of his buddies as soon as he opened it. He installed it in almost no time and it looks great."

"-Took me a while to fix it since it was my first time to get in the hood! -Instructions where fine, but could've been better with clearer images. -Wasn't 100% satisfied about the fixing, however gains made me forgive! -Was doing 7.1s before. After was doing easy 6.8s -Sound is fine as long I dont floor it, otherwise nothing much is noticeable! -One thing though, more engine heat coming in than the stock one, so dont expect much in freq. stops & heavy traffic in summer -Lost 0.5MPG in my first run, still watching though"

Great Product!

"The installation was not that difficult although I did have to drill a hole for my temp sensor which I was not expecting so it took longer than expected. My truck actually runs quieter/cleaner at idle and when I accelerate. I do get a nice purr when I hit the gas but it's not a load overpowering sound anymore. So far so good. Too early to tell regarding gas mileage."

"Very good product, Easy to install and I am not the most savy of mechanical installations. Louder inside the car and MUCH faster. Have not checked to see if I am getting more milage and really dont care."

"Once the product was installed I love the sound and the feeling of increased power. The downsides: it took longer to install than stated, I haven't seen an increase in gas mileage, and the air flow increase has added a hissing sound due to the air sucking in and nothing to muffle it."

"I brought this just because it was one of the cheapest intakes and it turned out to be a great buy. The sound is incredible and performance matches. Once I step on the gas, it has immediate response. I would defintely recommend this to anyone, especially with a charger with a hemi."

"to my Tundra. Once I got a mental image on how the thing was to be installed it was a breeze. The 90 install time is accurate. I could tell an immediate addition to HP and torque. I could also tell a higher than expected increase in noise, all be it it sounds good. I am also getting slightly better gas mileage. I am pleased."

"I have a 2004 Avalanche and a 2005 Escalade that I put the K&N kit on. I am disappointed that the mileage on both vehicles had decreased .5 to 1 mpg, however the kits were fairly easy to install!!"

"The added Intake Kit went on fairly well; however, I would make a couple of changes in the instructions and I had topurchase an aftermarket bold for the baracket as it did not arrive with the package. This is the third one of these I have installed on vehicles; howeverm, it is the first turbo install. I am having an air leak problem and cannot run it down. Believe it might be in a hose under the fiberglass air tube. Have to dismantle the who kit to check it out."

"Slightly better throttle response and vehicle accelerates stronger at mid-to-WOT. Gains "feel" about what is depicted on K&N's dyno chart (peak HP gains at higher RPM). Fuel economy gain is minimal since I drive hard. Slightly louder (in a good way) intake sound. Least importantly, makes engine bay more attractive. As always with the K&N FIPK's, super easy install."

"This system ROCKS!! I wish I had done this conversion years ago!! I love the sound difference, but the performance is where it really is. Totally woke the engine up!! Throttle response isn't all it's cracked up to be, but lower-mid range to peak RPM's are fantastic! Great value for what it offers. I suggest this kit along with a performance exhaust if you want the total package short of a performance chip!!"
