"Sounds and looks great. Instructions were pretty accurate. Nice hosepower gain, no exact measurement, but can feel a difference. Nice addition to Magnaflow exhaust system. Really brought Hemi to life!!"

"I have to admit, I did not realize how much a difference a K&N Air Intake system would make with my car. Man I have to tell you, I am amazed! I have quciker acceleration from a stop, even in mid-roll, when I step on it, immediate response! I'm glad I listened to a friend whpm reccommended the K&N intake system! "Much better "get up and go", you can really hear it roar when you get into the gas. I put this, a TB spacer, and a hypertech programmer and gained 3-4 mpg. Good performance, unclear installation instructions."

"When I put the FIPK air intake on my truck I immediately noticed an increase in throttle response. The highway mileage increased from between 2 1/2 to 3 miles per gallon.The install directions are straightforward and easy to follow, and I should have done this long, long ago. I would recommend this system to any diesel enthusiast. Bill"

"I owned a 1967 goat with a 421cn engine with tripower and a Iski mid power cam and many other Hi Performance parts.Never in my life have I ever seen such a simple add on part do so much for the perforance of an engine.This K&N FIPK transformed my 2004 GTO in to a Wild Animal.The rear wheels are breaking lose at 6000 RPM the only way I can run hard is to turn off traction control with the engine management system.this car is know a WILD ANIMAL.very happy in N.Y."

"I instqalled it in about 20 min. at night with a flashlight. If I had all the right tools it would have been faster. You notitice the diffrece in poweras soon as you step on the gas not so sure about the fuel saavings though. Still a must by"

"I have a 01 Grand Cherokee with a L6 and a dynomaxx muffler on it. I had a k&n air filter in it already but i figured this would help greatly and boy did it!.... definetly quicker pick up... but man does it sound AWESOME when u punch it... definetly can tell the engine is flowing much better now"

"I noticed a huge difference just in day to day driving, which involves driving up the two steepest hills in town. My wife drove the truck the other day and even commented that it was quicker. The sound that it makes at high RPM is appealing too. I would definitely recommend it."

"First off, I would like to say that the kit was delivered very quickly. The kit was easily installed on my 2005 Dodge Ram (around 30 minutes). When I turned the vehicle on after the installation, I didn't really notice much of a difference but when I stepped on the pedal, you could literally hear it sucking air. Throttle response also improved. I'm not quite sure if I'm saving gas but that's because I've been heavy on the pedal. It's a great addition to your vehicle...you won't be disappointed."

2001 F250 7.3LPowerStroke

"Had the filter installed by a Service Shop - a bit pricey with the labor rate. I didn't detect any louder sound as some claim. Haven't accumulated enough miles to tell any differnce in mileage. Morning ambient temperature also increased from 20s/30s in the morning to 50s/60s so I don't have any data on colder weather starts and operations prior to reaching normal operating temps. The engine does seem to run smoother - like any automotive vehicle runs just after an oil change. I've ordered the Doug Thorley/Jardine CAT-BACK exhaust system to handle the exhaust side w/the greater air intake and will judge then on the merits of the whole system - intake and exhaust. I also have a Banks Ottominder module that was there when I purchased the truck (used) so its hard for me to tell what, if any impact it has on the truck's performance."

"When I took the stock air filter chamber out, I was amazed that it was so small. In addition, the head light cut off half of the available air supply. It has much more power and pep."

"i got my K&N CAI a couple of weeks ago, took about an hour to put it on, i took my time, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. i'm very happy with the CAI, it's even got a little bit beefy sound then the stock version, but over all, i love it."

"The K&N FIPK Air Intake was simple to install; the instructions were excellent and it took my husband 35 to 45 minutes to install. It sounds great, more instant response when accelerating. We haven't noticed an increase in gas mileage as yet. We would purchase this item again...for our '88 Corvette."
