"Shipping was fast. Had a little problem with missing parts but it was shipped to me within 2 days. Took about an hour to install and I could feel the increase in power almost instantly. I'll be driving it for a couple more days to see if my gas usage goes doen. Nice product."

"It was easy to install. The hardest part was removing the stock system. One of the best things about it that you will notice is when accelerating you hear it. Sounds great! More Power! Didn't notice the extra milage but I don't care its worth it (due to my foot going to the floor after every light)!"

"Easy to install. Noticed a big difference in power and the sound it makes....whoa awesome! Still havent noticed a fuel economy increase, but that could have to do with having a little bit of lead foot lately! Overall very pleased!"

"This is a great product. The jeep has a nice growl when accelerating, not too loud. The gas mileage has improved around 3.5 - 4.5 m/g in the city and this weekend will be the highway roadtrip test. Easy to install...I did it myself in about 1.5 hours with no prior auto experience above changing flat tires and batteries. The directions were easy to follow and the only difficult part was getting to the bolt at the back of the old airfilter box. Excellent buy and don’t be scared to try installing it yourself…buy the tools listed on the directions and dive in."

"I am very happy with my K&N FIPK. It took me less than an hour to install on my 4.0L '99 Jeep Wrangler. I had no problems with the install and I am not much of an auto mechanic. I am running 31x10.50 BF Goodrich TA's, with a factory Dana 44 Trac Lock rear, Banks Torque Tube Header and Cat Back system but still have the original head pipe and cat converter. All together I have much better throttle response, especially at lower speeds. My gas mileage has improved, and overall drivability is outstanding. I do not find the FIPK to be noisy under the hood."

"Installed this kit on a '00 Jetta 2.0 in about 30 minutes. Did'nt even bother with the cold air pipe--too much trouble to change every time it rains. Immediate improvement in throttle response and mpg boost too. A little pricey for a 6 inch pipe and an air filter. Need a short ram only option but Auto Anything price was MUCH lower than any other source I could find. Thanks!"

"I have had the system installed for about a month now in my 2006 Double Cab Tundra with the 4.7 V-8.
Performance is better. But the real increase is in gas mileage while towing, better than 2 mpg increase. That is a 20% increase while towing or about 50 more miles per tank. System will pay for itself quickly.

"I recently installed the filter system on my 2000 Ford F150 w/ V6 engine and standard tranny. I had no problem installing the unit simply because of the detailed step-by-step instructions. The sound of the engine roars at about 3500 RPM like a true hi-performance engine. As for the gas mileage, I don't know... I've been flooring it most of the time!!!"

Luckily the diagram was very helpful. Sounds great when you get in it too. Put on my 07 Dodge Magnum 5.7L Hemi. Let the fun continue!!"

"I gained 1 to 1 1/2 MPG HWY but can't tell any difference city. The noise especially when trans down to 3rd gear pulling a hill at 50-65 MPH is really louder than I expected. Happy with the HWY MPG increase but not happy with the loud noise when motor is pulling."

"You have to try to go wrong with the K&N intake kit. The instructions are good; the only thing that took me by surprise was wrapping the rubber seal around the heat shield. In the end it was no big deal. I did notice a little more throtle response. If nothing else it makes my truck sound mean!"

"Installation was simple. Sounds really good. When you stomp it you know something is under the hood. Absolutely no increase in MPG although nothing short of trimming 1000 pounds off of this truck will increase MPG. Then you would have a 1/2 ton. Not sure about performance, maybe."
