"Easy installation, quiet until 3000 rpms, then it roars. Big difference in throttle response. Saves a little over 1 mpg. Overall, great easy install for more horses, and better mpg"

"what a deal...turned my truck into a monster, sounds awesome sound too, already noticing improvement in my fuel mileage, just have to keep the right foot OFF the accelerator...lol Even though I have a Sport Trac the kit mounted right up no problems..."

"After the unit was installed, the installer seemed worn out by the process. He found the process quite difficult or should I say fatiguing. Since it was put in, I have experienced some improvement and a lot of roar from the engine. Is that usual or should there be less noise and more power? I am confused. R L D"

"I feel the perfomance pick up in the top end. The sound is great. The direction for installation needs a lot of work. The pictures are too small to be of much help. I had to refer back to the pic on the parts list. Large color photos online would be great. Even with the great price from AutoAnything, it is a lot of money for only 15 HP, but I am satisfied with the product."

"its great and you guys got it shipped out to me the same day....my car is a little bit louder and a little bit quicker...the only thing i dont like is that it came with no tube just the filter,clamp,bracket,screw,and two nuts...wish it would have came with a tube so i didnt have to us the stock... but i still like it"

"Installed pretty easy. Make sure to refer to the exploded view for part assembly. At less than 1/2 throttle you bearly know it's there. Above 1/2 throttle it starts to growl like an angry bear. Full throttle is very impressive inside and outside the vehicle. As far a fuel mileage I don't know since I haven't been on a road trip yet. Power seems to have improved based on seat of the pants, but no track numbers to confirm."

"Easy to install. Definately worth the money for the performance and power boost (and the turbo spooling is awesome to listen to). There wasn't any boost in fuel mileage but definately a performance improvement."

"As soon as I put this in and test drive it I could already feel the acceleration increase and pull from my truck, and the sound of it sounds bad ass. The installation was pretty easy took a little longer but was doing it by my self, taking out the old stuff was the real trick. I highly recomend this to everyone!"

"So i installed it maybe a week a week in a half ago and as soon as i finished went over to my friends house to show it off and dam did it sound good everyone that has heard it likes it. still experimenting wit the gas mileage but yea you can already feel the acceleration increase and pull from my truck."

"I love it i have 2003 ford ranger edge with a 4.0 v6 i have gibson dual exhaust gibson headers and a jet performance chip an the K&N air intake really makes its rumble my acceleration is alot better gas milage has picked up 2 maybe 3 mpg it was easy to put on hardest thing is getting the old one off"

"The installation of the product was fairly easy. The product looks great on my chevy. The difference in performance that the website raves about is not all its cut out to be though. Overall I am somewhat happy with my new intake. im fixin to install some headers so thats when the hp gains will be considerably noticeable...hopefully later you tools"

"Overall, I am fairly impressed with the intake kit. It has produced moderate MPG (1-3MPG) and HP gains. Does not produce the "roar effect" as touted in many of the other reviews. Its more of a sucking air sound. I suppose that the best indication that it is performing is function. Regardless of the price it will pay for itself through the MPG gains and notion of never buying another air filter for my truck."

"This product was easy to install. 2004 Ford F-150 FX-4. It had taken about an hour from start to finish. After installation tok for a test drive the sound was great and I could tell a big difference in pick up with just K&N cold air intake. So a few days later I had to get Flowmasters 40 series put on and it sounds great not to loud and not to quiet. I will recommend this product to others."

"Love the performance of the K&N FIPK. Installation was simple for anyone, even if you do not make a career of turning wrenches. Less than 1 hour from the moment I opend the box until I had the kit installed and was taking my test drive. Recently took a 7 hour road trip and noticed about 2 MPG savings on the highway."

"Much better midrange and top end power for my 06 4.7L durango. Works great with my superchips flashpaq and gibson catback. overall big improvement over stock. highly recommend any of the three."
