"I got my filter in and to be honest I felt it was a little over my head to install it. I probably could have did it myself, but it would have taken a while. My dad installed it in 2 hours. Said it was fairly easy. On a long trip, it seems to have saved about a quarter tank of gas, haven't calculated the numbers yet, but it sounds GREAT!"

"It workes relly well with my throttle body spacer,and my super chips max micro tuner,flowmaster muffler. You don't need to up grade your motor jest do these 3 things to it and you will thank it's another truck/car.This is a great intake,it looks really good under my hood to!YOU NEED THIS PART! Best bang for your buck."

"What you have to understand, first of all, this by itself really doesn't do much for power increase. However, when used along with a bigger exhaust and a power programmer or chip it's like having a new truck. More air=more power. The install was quick and easy and the instructions were clear and easy to read."

"Made my V6 sound like a V8. Gave me roughly 3-4 more miles to the gallon. Only problem with it is it makes a whistling noise at a certain rpm that is kind of annoying. I think its just the sound of the air sucking through some of the holes in the filter..."

"The aircharger has definately added a little life to my truck. The biggest difference is the sound. It has a very aggresive sound that is awesome. Also noticed about 1 mpg increase so far as well. Nice investment!"

"After installing the K&N I could tell an increase in horsepower and the sound is good. Haven't driven enough to detect any better gas millage. I'm not real good at working under the hood of a vehicle but this unit was fairly simple to install. The instructions that came with the unit are easy to read and follow."

Love my new K&N FIPK

"I just put the 57-3038 K&N FIPK on my GMC pickup. Although it was a bit tricky to install and took over 2 hours, there was a very noticeable improvement in throttle response. It is now instantaneous across the rev band. I alreaady had a high performance exhaust system, and the kit really helped it breathe. It is hard to tell about the horsepower increase, which is more apparent at higher rpm's, but driveability is greatly improved. Looks great, almost like it was custom made, and definitely worth the money, especially at the price I got from Auto Anything, and free shipping !!! Greg "

FIPK for 05 Expedition

"As with the rest of the K&N lineup, I am completely impressed and satisfied with this product. I've used AirRaid intakes on other vehicles and was equally satisified, however, for the 05 Expedition, the price of a gen 2 FIPK can't be beat. A definite immediate increase in power, especially off the line. It is too early to tell for increased fuel milage as I've only had it installed for two days, but it looks promising thusfar! Allocate enough time for installation, about 1.5 hours as the throttle body needs removed. The instructions are good, but there are many references to, "see attached photo", which are grainy and difficult to see, especially to determine which bolt/washer/nut combination. Overall completely satisfied with the purchase."
