The K&N Typhoon Air Intake gives you this power in one of three wicked setups: short ram, cold air, or a complete cold air design that lets you choose between short ram or cold air. And, most models come with a choice of hot finishes in Blue, Red, Silver or Polished.

K&N makes installation easy. Grab a few tools, the detailed instructions and the quality hardware, and you’ll be driving with authority in less than an hour and a half. In addition to the powerful Xstream Air Filter that’s washable and reusable, your K&N Typhoon Air Intake comes with a 10-year/1,000,000-mile warranty. So go ahead—order today, and make your engine the eye of the performance storm.

"Deffinately increased top end power and fuel mileage. It is still quiet in normal operation but you can tell the pick is quick when you get on the throttle. Excellent product and performance"

Good sound

"It was extremely easy to install. I spent more time looking for my tools than actually installing it which was only about 35 minutes. I wanted to use only the short ram instead of the longer extension and I immediately noticed a deeper noise. I dont know if its because Im using the shorter tube and it cant breathe the cold air from the bottom, but I dont notice a big power difference. There is some, but very minimal."

Mid life crisis testimony

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful.

"I installed the “69 Series Typhoon” kit on my 2006 Honda Accord V6 in about 30 minutes. I did not even bother with the cold air pipe. I can definitely feel the increase in horsepower. I bought the intake because I was looking for a more aggressive growl during hard acceleration and it did not disappoint me. I also put a set of flowmasters on it. Which together has increased the horsepower from a stock 244 to about 264. I am a very conservative person. However, I can tell you that the 2006 stock Camry V6 and the TL cannot hang. The 69 Series Typhoon sounds good to this 50 year young man."

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.

"Installation of the K&N intake system was very easy and only took about 30 minutes. After installation the car felt faster and sounded really good. After 4000 rpm there is a deep, rich sound. This product is worth the cost and I would buy it for my next car."
