Description

Before K&N's latest intake designs become a certified member of their hallowed 57 Series FIPK line, they start as a 63 Series AirCharger. It's what makes the 63 Series Air Intakes some of the most potent and powerful high-flow devices to roll out of the famous K&N factory.

K&N starts every 63 Series Intake with the largest possible Filtercharger cloth filter that will fit your vehicle. Massive airflow runs through this washable, reusable filter for the biggest power gains. Couple that with K&N's crosslink nylon intake tube that runs cooler than a metal pipe, and the 63 Series AirCharger Kit stuffs pure pedal punch right into your power plant.

Best yet, adding this raw power takes less than 90 minutes and requires no drilling or modification. Detailed instructions and a complete hardware kit make this DIY project a breeze. Plus, K&N includes a 10-year/1,000,000-mile warranty with your 63 Series AirCharger Intake Kit. So, why wait? Place your order for raw 63 Series power now.

"Kit was easy to install. Have not drove it enough to notice an increase in horsepower or gas mileage yet. Hope it increases both. I have had K & N filters on other trucks in the past and they have been easy to maintain and also I felt that they increased power and fuel mileage."

"Ive had my K&N intake for about 2 weeks now and i love it. Took about an hour and fifteen minutes to take off the stock intake and put the K&N one on. I can feel a little bit of power added when i get on the gas, and the sound it makes when sucking in air makes me giddy when i pass people."

"Have used K&N Products for years and this CAI at first blush appeared to be as good as the ones I'd previously used. The materials provided were great but the one flaw was that the STOCK airbox lid had my MAF Sensor molded into it. I had to do some creative cutting with a dremel and a sawzall to get the MAF portion cut away from the actual airbox lid. Additionally, I shouldn't have to drill ANYTHING into the sheetmetal of a brand new truck. All in all I'm pleased with the performance but I just thought the installation could have been easier given it's a "bolt on" product."

"The intake was easy to install in about 1 hour. I didn't really expect any performance gains I could feel, so no disappointment there. I have noticed about +1mpg gain in fuel economy, which means it will pay for itself in about 2000 miles. The one thing I didn't really expect was the increased intake noise; my wife isn't a big fan of that. This kit will make your engine louder, especially in the 2000 RPM range. I placed some foam around the box, and that helped a little."

"The K&N 63 series is an easy install. You can tell the horsepower increase when you push on the throttle. I was informed that with this product would also help with gas mileage, and in actuality i've lost miles in gas changing from the factory."

"Found the aircharger easy to install, just followed the instructions. The first thing you notice is the sound when kick your mustang down a little. Great attention getter. Noticed also more top end power full out, noticed more torque at the wheels. I check gas milage and seen a 1-2 mile improvement. Would reccomend, planning to get one for the wifes car."

"It only took my 13 year old son and I about 90 minutes to install the K&N kit, and we have very limited mechanical experience. The performance increase is quite dramatic, accompanied by a wonderful throaty sound. Arguably the best bang for the buck that I have spent on my Jeep, and I would make the same improvement to whatever my next vehicle happens to be."

"Installed in about an hour and a half. Was missing 1 screw for the heat shield, not a big issue though. This intake goes un-noticed until you get on the throttle, then its a new experience. It has a great sound and definitely improves the throttle response. Dont know about gas mileage, dont really care, i added the MBRP exhaust 3 days later and now have a lot more power. Definitely would suggest the K&N to anyone looking for a little performance."
