"The K&N FIPK air intake has bine great.It has given my truck more power and miles to the gallon.I got the K&N intake because I wanted more power and more miles to the gallon because gas is getting high.Well all in all the intake has bine a great buy and I would reccomend it to a friend."

"I have bought other intakes in the past and they were good, but the FIPK is awesome! It has a nice appearence, the piping is plastic, rather than aluminum, so it helps with the heat dissapation. The sound is good, it is not too loud, it doesn't even really come into full swing until ~4000 rpm. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend it to anyone wanting to purchase an intake system."

"Great kit for the money. Sounds good, looks good and preforms great. very very easy to install in under 20 min with the right tools. This replaced my huge stock intake with only a small tube and the large cold air filter. the only hard part was drilling into the body for the heat sheild which there was no directions for but very easy to figure out. good quality product. i dont see much of a difference in this kit to a chrome cold air intake from ebay for 40.00 being that it is litterly a tube with a filter. but the K&N kit does come with the stamped carb exempt sticker needed for inspection. which ebay kits may not have. anyway worth putting on my 1995 GMC JIMMY 4x4."

"I am a big believer in K&N AirChargers. I have put them or at least K&N filters on almost everything I have owned in recent years. I have not put my car on a dyno to yet but I can tell a big difference. I was surprised at how quiet it is. I can't hear it over the supercharger. It should have come from the factory with an AirCharger. The stock setup is too restrictive."

"I love my cold air intake by K & N, I searched all over the internet and this was and is the best product for the price! This is a fender mounted cold air intake folks! "After installing the K&N air intake kit, I noticed imidiate power gain. The installation was easy, it took me a little over a hour for the installion, because the instuction was kind of hard to read. This is overall a excellent investment."

"I purchased the air intake for my truck hoping it would deliver the added punch to my dual exhaust. I was a little concerned about the install due to the other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when it was all installed in about 45 minutes exactly as the instructions said. It did exactly what I was hoping and made it sound perfect. As far as gas mileage, I don't know because I can't keep my foot out of the accelerator. Thanks Curt"

"Got this mainly for fuel economy in an attempt to save a few bucks on gas. Used it on one long trip pulling a boat and increased my MPG by about 2 MPG. Very impressed with it. Wrecked my truck 6 days after it was installed so I was pretty bummed but I will buy another one for my next vehicle."

"I got the K&N short ram air intake for my 2007 Civic coupe EX and I have been happy so far with this product. It seems to have increased the throttle response. I am yet to see an increase in fuel efficiency. Nevertheless, I am definitely happy with the sound of the engine. The engine sounds absolutely 'normal' and quiet until you really step on the gas pedal and go over 4000rpm. That's when my Civic seems to go from adolescence into adulthood. Nice deep throaty sound! I'll recommend it to anyone just because of the sound. However, make sure you ask a professional mechanic to install and do NOT install it yourself. It took my mechanic more than an hour to install it. Behrouz"

"But hey it works. engine sounds better, not super the super acceleration you might expect. but enough to sit you back in your seat a bit. Its best around 45-50. but the real kicker is at highway speeds, you barely notice your accelerating from 40-70. the only downside, the cops will."

"I read a lot of forums about CAI. I don't regret this purchase. It was easy to install (took about an hour) and it makes me smile when I get in the gas. I get an extra mile per gallon on the highway. Quick delivery too."

"i got this for my 07 magnum,alot of peaple say how good it sounds but i have magnaflows and cant hear the k&n over them.as for saving you gas i have had it on for 2 weeks and have not seen any savings."

"I installed this CAI about 2 weeks ago and have loved it since. When installed properly (no air leaks) it sounds great. You can hear high volumes of air rushing to the engine. WHen you punch the gas and it get it 4-6k rpm's it gets loud with a slight drone but this is by far not annoying and goes away once you drop down to the normal operating range. I would definitely purchase this product again."
