"I have a 97 F-250 4x4 with a 460 and pulled a gooseneck trailer before the K&N install and could tell that big 460 was needing more air, I then pulled a bigger gooseneck trailer after the K&N 63 series and what a improvement. I had more power and the 460 could get the air it was wanting. It looks like it might improve the mpgs at least 2 mpg, I havent had a chance to check the mileage fully yet with out towing anything, but it has improved and the horsepower has improved a lot , I can feel it in the throttle. "I was hesitant to purchase this intake because I have had some in the past and all they do is create more noise in the cabin. The Durango is my wife's car and she hates any kind of performace product. She was complaining in the morning about how the car would hesitate when she would give it gas. I thought this would be a good fix. To my surprise the hesitation is gone, you dont even know that you installed the open filter because it sounds the same as OEM when driving normal. Now when you floor it, the sound of the Hemi will scare you and you the engine comes ALIVE. A lot of torque and power. Only wish I would have bought this sooner. Worth every penny."

"This unit was very easy to install, but you do need about a six inch socket extension to remove the old stock unit.
Immeadiate improvement in performance was noted"

"The system seems to help my mpg and performance. It did not make as big as change as I had hoped. Some parts of the installation instructions were poorly illustrated. However, I would recommend the system."

"I was so happy when i got kit i went straight out to put it on. It was easy to put on. once it was on, took it for a drive and it was great it made the motor sounded more agressive.It takes the computer a little time to adjust to it and yes you could fell the power it gives."

"I had a chance to tow my boat/trailer 4600 lbs and noticed a huge improvement.
I did not think there would that much of a noticable difference and was pleasantly surprised.

"Even when I haven't seen a MPG improvement, I have to say that my Mustang is way more responsive and the sound is GREAT. But anyway, if you want real performance you can not think on saving gas. It makes no sense."

"We installed this intake thisa weekend and are extremely happy with it. It was simple to install. The installation time was approx. 45 min. The sound and power difference is impressive and also a few extra miles to the gallon is a plus. Definately would recommend to any Charger R/T owners."

"install was simple sounds great makes a big difference in throttle response hold on to stock clamps however small problem with front clamp on throttle body was about half inch to short stock clamp took care of that problem waiting for exhaust to arrive to complete upgrades for now!!"

"I just put the k and n on my dodge ram 1500 noticed a big difference in the low end even made for a smoother ride it dosen't down shift when going up hills when im on the highway, I highly recommend it"

"Works great. Sound from engine during normal driving is subdued but fantastic during hard acceleration. Exactly the way you want it. May be my imagination but car seems more responsive.
Not that pleased with inelegant installation. Air box has tricky rubber cushion that looks a bit cheap underhood."
