"I expected more from K&N. The systyem I received was the correct one for my model and year truck but looked to be for another vehicle. It is very ill fitting does not seal under hood hot air from going in the intake. I would definitely not recommend for 2006 Sierra."

"what a difference, and I love the sound, the acclerartion increase is very noticable, it woke up the car considerably, fun to put on, no problems, just go slow and do it right."

"I installed the unit on my 2007 Mustang GT after ordering and receiving it from AutoAnything within 3-days. Installation was exact to instructions supplied and took about 1-1/2 hours. For those of you who are wondering about the power boost on a Mustang GT stop wondering. The power boost is instant and believe me you will know it. Besides it comes with a written guarantee from K & N. Great Job AutoAnything !!"

"I put the cold air intake on my 2007 trailblazer improved my m.p.g. in the city and high way 1.5 to 2.0 m.p.g. also gave the inline six some snap love it would doit again also autoanything was very quick to ship took about 25 mins to install."

"I INSTALLED THIS IN 40 MINS. EASY INSTALL AND THE POWER IS A GREAT IMPROVEMENT. NOT SURE ABOUT THE GAS MILEAGE CAUSE I'M ENJOYING THE POWER WAY TO MUCH. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING QUIET UNDER ACCELLERATION THAN THIS ISN'T WHAT YOU WANT. BETWEEN THE EXHAUST PROGRAMMER AND THIS THE K&N WAS THE BIGGEST POWER INCREASE."

"GOOD PERFORMANCE OUT OF THIS PRODUCT. LOVE IT. ONLY HAD ONE ISSUE, WHEN I INSTALLED IT THERE WERE 4 CALMPS THAT WERE TOO SMALL THE 4 (56) CLAMPS WERE TOO SMALL ALL OF THE CLAMPS NEED TO BE (60). OTHER THEN THAT EVERTHING WAS PERFECT"

"I've had several K&N products on different cars and motorcycles over 20 years and I 've always been happy with the quality of the materials used and their performance.As is the case with this application....The only negative to report would be the,in some areas of the installation instructions, somewhat confusing use of terminology; and pictures that were out of focus or blurred copies did not help either.So some guess work on my part was required,but all in all things went together right on the first try...."

"This is the second K&N kit I've installed. The first was a FIPK II on a 2000 Durango with the 4.7 Magnum. I liked the increase in response and mileage, so I decided to throw one on my RAM. So far so good. This with the Gibson Stainless Dual Extreme cat-back exhaust really make this truck roar. Both together let me get around 18.5, or more, miles per gallon. Well worth the time/effort/money."

2006 Ford F250 4wd

"I have installed this filter on a 5.4 gas engine. When driving at a normal city or highway speed the engine is quite. When full power is needed, it's like I've added a turbo to the engine. The power and turbo whine of the engine suprised me. I was a bit skeptical about all the reviews of power and mpg claims, but for the price I figured I would take a chance. Power wise I'm very satisfied for passing and towing my boat-4000lbs. I haven't refilled my fuel tank yet to check MPG's. One of reviews on truck like mine claimed he gained 4 mpg. That was my main reason for buying this filter and when I fill the tank I hope for a pleasant suprise. Install took about 2 hours, with all the right tools. I took my time to reduce the chance of damaging any of the parts taken off or new parts being put on engine, don't rush it. Great install instructions with your your site as a backup for clearer photos. No parts where missing as many reviews have claimed."

Bang for the buck

"Simply put. This easy mod is really worth the money. You cannot find a cheaper HP/$ and it makes this engine sound like mustangs on a stampede. Quite the noticable increase in intake sound and engine responce. Throttle is a lot more punchy now and acceleration is a lot cleaner than the stock air system. And for all those who don't believe that making a car breath better results in better power and performance overall. I went from 17 city MPG before mod, to now with the K&N over 22 MPG city. Couple this with a high flow exhaust and I'll be in muscle car heaven."

Great intake

"This intake woke up the stock quiet Tahoe 5.3 V8. Sounds great, no real seat of the pants dyno improvement though. Installation was a bit less professional than I expected from K&N. A small piece was missing from the kit and a few of the bolts were the wrong size. I racked that up to this being a new product for K&N."
