"this kit was easy to install all the parts were clearly labelled and complete. the truck seems to have a greater response throughout the rev range( seat of the pants guage) Even the increased intake roar is welcomed. i would have given it five stars bt it didn't include world peace."

"I installed K&N 63 Series AirCharger High-Flow Intake, on my V8 4runner and 996 Porsche, they sound great over 4000 rpm. regarding MPG, i am sure it gets better MPG if i stay off of it, meaning i will not get better MPG. Fred K. :-)"

"they sent me the wrong kit. after 3 calls to K&N finally got the correct bracket for tube. Then discovered I got the wrong tube. Once I received the parts, a week later I installed it in about an hour. seems O.K. When I buy a new car, the first thing I do is purchase a K&N filter. After this experience, those days are gone."

"Easy to install, if all the hardware is in the kit. You have to step on it to notice a horsepower difference. Yes, it is louder than the OEM kit, but it makes you wonder what is under the hood. You have more view of the engine and it really looks great after the install is complete."

"this is my second time for owning this particular item, first one was professionally installed and loved that one, and second one I installed and ran into a problem with clamps(2)that were not large enough and had to purchase from outside parts store and haven`t really noticed much of a difference yet, only drive about 40 miles a week."

"I bought my K&N Cold Air Intake for my 2007 Dodge Caliber hoping to improve my mpg and sound. After about 2 Hours of Moderate difficulty installation (easy things arent worth doing) I started the car and it sounded like a completely different car, my caliber now roars, when i tap the gas I get a great throttle response as well as a great sound , i would definitely recommend it to anyone, K&N is the pinnacle of Cold Air Intakes , they are worth the extra money. The instructions were a little shady in some areas about some aspects of installation , but anyone with a brain can figure it out. BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!"

"First off, I'd buy it again because of looks and because it may actually add 27 HP. From a practical viewpoint, I can't really notice any difference since the intake only really works above 4K rpm and at that point the car is already extremely loud and is accelerating so quick you'd need a drag stip timer to see any difference. For example, maybe you might see a tenth second improvement from 70 to 100 (like from 3 to 2.9 seconds) but it's hard to tell."

"I have a '06 Ford F150 4.6L and you can tell the difference. I also added a Jet Performace TBS to the engine. Between the two you can really tell but the only thing is is that one of the products makes a wistling around 1900-2200RPM, it also may be the two products combined. The noise did reduce after a few hours were on the parts. Both parts were easy to install in about an hour total. I have not been able to see an inprovement in gas milage yet, i have not been able to stay off the gas. But I believe that it will have a big impact on it though. Great buy and worth the money!"

Easy Installation

"Took me about 2 hours total - no surprises - everything fit correctly. Reconnected the battery and everything works. I did have to reset the clock - big deal. Full throttle roar very noticeable - but hey - that's the point. I'll know more about fuel economy after a trip to Dallas next week. I upgraded the exhaust system prior to adding the K&N system. All piping aft of the rear suspension went to 2.5" including both mufflers. This was vastly less expensive than a full custom exhaust system. It is louder than I expected and I am giving myself some adjustment time before reconsidering the muffler choice. Overall - very pleased."
