Description

Before K&N's latest intake designs become a certified member of their hallowed 57 Series FIPK line, they start as a 63 Series AirCharger. It's what makes the 63 Series Air Intakes some of the most potent and powerful high-flow devices to roll out of the famous K&N factory.

K&N starts every 63 Series Intake with the largest possible Filtercharger cloth filter that will fit your vehicle. Massive airflow runs through this washable, reusable filter for the biggest power gains. Couple that with K&N's crosslink nylon intake tube that runs cooler than a metal pipe, and the 63 Series AirCharger Kit stuffs pure pedal punch right into your power plant.

Best yet, adding this raw power takes less than 90 minutes and requires no drilling or modification. Detailed instructions and a complete hardware kit make this DIY project a breeze. Plus, K&N includes a 10-year/1,000,000-mile warranty with your 63 Series AirCharger Intake Kit. So, why wait? Place your order for raw 63 Series power now.

"Shipped in timely manner and as advertised. This is the second 63 Series I have purchased and am satisfied with both. As I have read in other reviews, pay careful attention to the expanded instructions to make the installation go smoother. With the addition of the CAI and Predator tuner my Challenger R/T really rocks!"

"Installation was as advertised. Only a few basic tools required. Instructions were average. It took me about an hour and I'm a bit anal. By that I mean that I wanted the clamps to line up and the whole assembly to be perfectly aligned with the center line of the car. Not as much increase in intake sound as I would have liked but I can feel the difference in acceleration. Too soon to tell if it effects mpg but honestly, I don't care. Price is a bit high for the look of the air bridge but I'm very happy to have it and feel confident in the K&N Brand. All-in-all, I give it an A."

"I am vry pleased with my order from Auto Anything. Arrived in the specified time and was in an original sealed box with all parts and contents brand new condition. Installation took about 40 minutes following directions provided. Noticable improvement with acceleration and pick up at low speeds and nice tone added when pushing it harder to top highway speeds. Very glad that we chose K & N over other intake systems and I would definitely recommend to other Charger owners. Michael from Chicago"

"Relatively easy installation. I, in effect, had to install it twice in order to get it positioned correctly. The problem was getting the Saddle Bracket positioned so the throat of the Intake Tube was flush with the Turbo. Repositioning the Saddle Bracket required removing the Heat Shield in order to get room to loosen the alternator mounting bolt. I had much trouble removing the filter minder and the temperature sensor from the factory upper air box. It's a wonder I didn't break something. There must be a trick-of-the-trade to make removing them easier. Steady pressure finally proved effective. The new intake resulted in a noticeable increase in performance and engine noise. Turbo whine is much more noticeable. It's too early to tell, but there is some indication of increased fuel mileage (maybe 1 or 2 mpg)."

"Definately notice a more responsive feel when driving, makes the engine sound great, Haven't noticed any major gains in gas mileage yet but than again I have been putting it to the firewall to hear the engine moan. Definately would say if your thinking about it or have been for a while like I was get it you won't be dissapointed. If you can afford it definately add an exhaust with it. I plan on doing an exhaust at some point along with a throttle body spacer in the near future. Again a great product from K&N and a really good price from Autoanything."

"I feel tons of power added when you really get on the turbo. Top end performance is great. When added to a DPF delete and superchip cortex programmer, it tops of the whole package. Saw a increase of around 2MPG and now get 21 to 23 with all my additions. 12 to 14 towing 9000 pounds. Great intake."

"The install is easy just follow the well outlined directions. It seems to have more power. It is much louder when you step on the gas hard. If you just accelerate like normal it sounds the same. It seems like I would get better gas milage but have not been able to check yet. The test will be when I pull the motorcycle trailer up and down hills and see how much extra power there is?"

"Installation was a breeze, with the exception of a couple of minor hang ups. I suggest you do some prep work before attempting installation. One of the longest parts of the process was getting the heat shield padding to fit right. I had to slice each corner to get the padding to fit snug around the turns. An 8-10in ratchet extenstion will make things easier, so have one. Tightening the bolt on the underside of the intake tube was a pain, but it is possible. Don't worry about the drain tube attatched to the OEM filter box, the instructions don't mention it, but just detatch it and let it hang somewhere. Be careful to not let the filter rub or get marred up during installation. Instant performance; better response and just wait until you hear this thing open up on the highway. It has a MEAN GROWL!!!!"
