Description

Before K&N's latest intake designs become a certified member of their hallowed 57 Series FIPK line, they start as a 63 Series AirCharger. It's what makes the 63 Series Air Intakes some of the most potent and powerful high-flow devices to roll out of the famous K&N factory.

K&N starts every 63 Series Intake with the largest possible Filtercharger cloth filter that will fit your vehicle. Massive airflow runs through this washable, reusable filter for the biggest power gains. Couple that with K&N's crosslink nylon intake tube that runs cooler than a metal pipe, and the 63 Series AirCharger Kit stuffs pure pedal punch right into your power plant.

Best yet, adding this raw power takes less than 90 minutes and requires no drilling or modification. Detailed instructions and a complete hardware kit make this DIY project a breeze. Plus, K&N includes a 10-year/1,000,000-mile warranty with your 63 Series AirCharger Intake Kit. So, why wait? Place your order for raw 63 Series power now.

FIPK Air Intake for '94 Integra - worth it!

Posted on 10/01/2007 by William K. - 1994 Acura Integra (Rochester,NY)

"I have a 1994 Acura Integra LS (w/o VTEC), and this product really works, to some extent. At partial throttle, there's minimal response, but you can really feel extra pull and response with the throttle wide open. It's definitely not neck-snapping acceleration, but you can only get so much out of the Honda 1.8L engine. But I feel I'm getting the most engine performance out of my car, for my money. - Bill K."

Dean from Texas

Posted on 09/30/2007 by Dean H. - 2004 Nissan 350Z (San Antonio,TX)

"This intake kit performs as promised. I noticed improved throttle reponse throught out the full RPM range. It's so tempting to matt the gas pedal that I haven't paid any attention to gas mileage. Has a great sound, very simular to the stock intake, just slightly louder. I had a liscensed mechanic do the install-took less than an hour. For the money, I think this is the best performance up grade that can be made. AutoAnything was easy to do business with. Submitted my order on a Tuesday night and received it the following Monday, one day earlier than expected."

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.

"I am very pleased with the K&N Cold Air Intake! I was skeptical at first to the horse power claim but after installing it on the car I could feel a physical difference in the cars power. The installation process was very easy as well. I would recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a simple, quick bolt on modification that will add power to their car. And not to mention its a great deal at how well its priced."

06 explorer 4.6L SOHC

Posted on 09/29/2007 by Lindsey P. - 2006 Ford Explorer (Avondale,AZ)

"i got the K&N after my wife said she wanted more power. since it delivered about 10HP and some torque i got it. the kit is designed ok but a Cold Air Intake it is not. there is a large space between the intake hose and housing (i know it's for engine movement) but K&N should have included a rubber sleeve to slip over the tube and seal that area off and still have movement. the other prob is you need to remove a heater hose clip that is attached to the valve cover and let the hose hang. overall the kit is good, easy to install and my wife says she can feel a bit of difference. so, she is happy with it. the purchase and delivery went perfect, autoanything is a great place to order from."

Intake for '05 Silverado 5.3

Posted on 09/28/2007 by Brigham B. - 2005 Chevy Silverado (Sunset,UT)

"Haven't quite gone through a full tank of gas but so far it's given my truck better response and a little more "umph". Not a big difference, but it's more. So far my milage has gone down about 1mpg according to the truck display. Installation wasn't bad but one of the hose clamps was too small and i had to go buy another. Like it so far."

6000 mile tested

Posted on 09/28/2007 by Alfredo F. - 2002 Dodge Durango (Waterville,OH)

"I installed the K&N Air Intake on my 2002 Dodge Durango. The instructions were very easy to install with the exception of drilling a hole for the air temp sensor. The air intake is much louder than I expected when stepping on the gas, but quiets down when driving. I've tested it on several long trips and found my mileage improved by 200 miles more. The passing power has also been greatly improved. I've also added a functional ram air hood which added to the performance. Thanks!"

K&N 63 Series Aircharger for 2006 Z06 Corvette

Posted on 09/28/2007 by John E. - 2006 Chevy Corvette (Tucson,AZ)

"I liked the kit, but the following improvements could be made: 1. Add T20P Torque Set Bit. It is hard to find in Tucson, Az. 2. Recommend adding a safety pin or something including a totally new interface to the filter that guarintees that the filter never falls off due to vibration and allows dirt to be sucked into engine. The filter is angled down and if the clamp comes loose, the filter could fall off."
