"Was a Bit tricky getting it in but it looks great and I am getting about 2-3 mpg more. you will see the horse power in 3rd gear on the GT. GOOD TIMES!"

"The K&N Ram Air kit was a great purchase,to me it exceeds all claims and expections on my 05 Cadillac CTS-V. I am extremly pleased with performance and ease of installation.I notice the gain in every gear especially third. The sound is good, not overly loud."

"Easy to install,took less time than I thought it would....one hour.Slight increase in mileage.Hard to tell whether power increased,the truck is new and I'm trying to stay off the pedal.Overall its an OK product."

"Installation was fairly easy, and it looks way better than the stock air box. Performs well, as expected. Best part is the sound. You can hear it sucking air in and it also seems to give the engine a deeper sound."

"Installation was pretty simple, all except for install the gasket on heat shield/firewall. I could tell immediately the difference. Gas milage increased about 1-1 1/2 MPG so far."

"I've just installed this in my 07 FJ cruiser and I really like it. Gives the engine a different sound when you really jump on it. I feel the hp after about 2k on the tach. I recommend it...pretty easy to install too"

"I installed the CAI on my 08 Nissan Titan Pro4X and have been pleased with the purchase. The installation took about an hour. I laid it all out on the garage floor and then went to work. The sound is pleasant however, it does make you want to get your foot into the gas a little more often now. So far with normal driving I am seeing 1-2MPG improvements. I plan on installing a gibson side swept exhaust soon so we will see if this will help the gains."

"Purchasing the 63 series I was more so going for increased fuel economy, although the thought of extra horsepower sounded good. To my pleasure I saw an increase in both. As with most cold air intake kits there is the byproduct of noise, to my amazement K&N did a great job with their new design and use of material to lower decibles, giving you that growl only when you want it. I reccomend this kit to anyone looking for an easy quality increase to your horsepower arsenal."

"Rather straightforward installation, one does notice a change to performance in the higher rev band. Definitely a change to engine intake noise on cold idle. Sounds like a vacuum, once engine warms it goes back to normal Porsche sound. At speed and higher rev though one can hear the intake once again when the engine opens the throttle. Don't really like the appearance of the alteration to a engineering design. Wish it was alittle less obvious."

"I think everybody who prefers driving a pickup is looking for a way to increase power but still get decent gas mileage in their vehicle, especially today. I've done several things in addition to the K&N Cold Air Intake but the CAI made the biggest difference. The increase in power and performance was significant. I haven't gone through a full tank of gas yet (which is awesome) but I already see that I'm getting better gas mileage and I have a pretty heavy foot."

"Very good!! I have seen a little improvement in the gas mileage and can tell the difference in the mph side of it. Not as easy to install as said, pictures need to be in color."

"The overall quality of the product was good. The only problem we had was the installation on our 2008 Mustang GT. The bracket that holds up the air tube was not even close to supporting the tube but with some bending of the metal bracket we where able to get it close. However, we where unable to use the hose clamp provided by K&N."

"I installed this system on my 2008 Silverado Texas Edition. The instructions and diagram are easy to follow. It helped that this is the 3rd one I've installed. Power gains are only slightly noticeable but it sounds great on acceleration. I haven't seen the extra gas mileage yet because I haven't been able to keep my foot out of it but I have on this tank so I'll know by the end of the week."

"This Intake Kit is a great buy. I love the sound that the engine makes with it installed, much better sound, less restricted. The installation was a different thing the "detailed" instructions were not the easy to follow, and the blown-up pic to show which screws and pieces in each step was too small to tell what anything was. Beyond that the hole for the temp sensor was not positioned right, actually had to drill new hole and cover the old one. So overall get product for the money but need better instructions."

"I had a friend who knows a bit more about cars help me install which I'm glad he did because it just helped the install go smoother. At certain points in the install, it was a bit difficult to follow the directions. Haven't seen improvement in gas mileage yet but I've only had one fill up since. I do feel there is an improvement with power though."

"I bought this product in hopes of getting an increase in gas mileage on my 2008 5.3 silverado, my first tank went from 16.5 to 17.9, that is mostly city driving and alot of stop n go traffic. Easy to install and I'm not a good mechanic by any means. My 14 year old son loves the new sound from the intake and can't wait to drive it this summer after he takes drivers training, there goes my gas mileage."

"The K&N is an incredible product my silverado screams upon acceleration. The respone has gone up, easy to install about 45 minutes, but as for the gas mileage i dont know because i keep the pedal on the floor. All in all great product."

"I have an 07 F150 with a 5.4 litre motor and wanted the CAI for more horsepower and possible better fuel mileage. I chose the K&N because I have heard good things and have had them in the past. The instructions for the kit are well put together, but the pictures should be bigger. If you do not have much experience working on vehicles, then make sure you have plenty of time and maybe even some help from someone more experienced. As far as the power goes, this kit will definitely help. The motor reacts more quickly and sounds much better. Mileage has improved, too. I think that I have had a 2-3 mileage avg. increase on the freeway and 1-2 avg. increase in town. This kit works, and I recommend it."
