"This unit was a great purchase. Install took no longer than an hour.(only because i had trouble taking the stock air box out) The unit sounds great, not much sound until you really give it some gas. I'd suggest this unit to many other people, no worries of hydrolock and at a much cheaper price! :D"

"This intake goes way beyond what I originally thought it could do. I replaced my AEM CAI with this and i'm much happier with its results. I'm getting 10hp out of this intake threw the entire rpm range unlike the CAI which would really only give noticeable gains at higher rpms. (i dyno'd it before and after) only thing I would replace it with is a V-2 intake.I have been a mechanic for 10 years now and honestly i wasn't expecting what this intake was capable of. buy it if you don't want to spend $300 on the V-2."

"I recommend this air intake to any one that wants a cheap,reliable upgrade because it performs really good and it gives some extra horsepower to your car,and is really easy to install thanks to the included instructions. Also the intake was delivered real quick like three days,thanks autoanything for the great service!!!!!!!!"

"I really like my new AEM Short Ram intake system. It adds a great sound when you hit the gas and is also whisper quiet when you're just crusing. I also notice a decent HP/torque boost at almost any speed. My Mazda 6s GT was lacking a little punch of the line compared to other competing V6 engines, but now it pins you into your seat. I was expecting a little more added style under the hood; all the pics you see are for a full length cold air intake, but I think its an even trade for not having to worry about driving through too deep of a puddle if you live somewhere where random flooding happens. I would recomend this intake for anyone who lives where weather is unpredictable at best. Also it's about half the price of the full length cold air. Install was fairly simple, but be prepared to take off your front driver's side tire though."

"As soon as I installed my AEM short ram intake I immediately noticed the results. I can really feel the extra horsepower and torque at about 4500 RPMs. I recommend this porduct to anyone who is looking for some extra power."

Great Air, Great Sound

"The fit was absolutely perfect. Though the instructions were written for an older model and I had to interpret a couple of things. (Nothing too bad though). The air low is great, I was expecting a connical filter system, but this one has the flat, blocked top. The sound difference is amazing. My car really growls when I accelerate now."

"The intake makes a pretty cool sound...not too loud so its not ghetto, but its still pretty loud. It give just a lil bit of boost in the hp, but nothing drastic. Overall, if your looking to get this, get it because 1. it looks cool, 2. it sounds cool."

"I was told that including a cold air intake would add power and make my car sound great. I had no idea it was going to add as much power as it did. The car sounds amazing as well. Especially when it reaches 7000rpm. Great product and well worth the money I spent on it."

"First I have to say I love the product. I do see a difference in gas mileage but not a whole lot with the power. The biggest difference is the sound it really has a nice deep and loud sound to it!!! Shipped on time and came with everything and wrapped perfectly!! Overall a great product 9/10"

"Yeah it was shiny alright. that blue color glistening in your eyes right whne you unwrapped it from the packaging. the price was the cheapest of all times with $98.95 i think it was. but the only problem is that there was not license plate frame that came with it. and another problem was that it had a dent under the intake which didnt bother me as much as long as i didnt see it when it was installed. but other than that the shipping was fast and prompt. their customer service on the phone was excellent. i would shop with these guys again just dont send me anymore dent products."
