"just need to know your stock resinator will not work with this installed. Order a cold air intake that is made for a 2'' thottle spacer. I'm seeing 2-3 mpg and better thottle responce. The whistle is not bad the power is great. Very easy to install."

"This truck is used for farm use. It's always haulling or pulling something. No change in mpg, but, a big increase in power and throttle response...more than expected. I can haul / pull the same loads now much easier. Engine doesn't "bog" down like before under a load. Wouldn't know its just a 305v8!"

"I used the Street & Performance Helix Power Tower Throttle Body Spacer for about 2 months, and I loved the power it brought to my low/mid-range power band. However, the claims that you will recieve, "improved gas milege" has yet to be seen. With any type of performance part, you will get the performance it promises, not good gas milage."

"Right after the install (which only took about 30 minutes) I drove into town and noticed I was getting close to 20 mpg on the freeway! Slight whistling sound was coming from my engine but it is just how the air is flowing through the spacer. Sounds almost like diesel. Very happy with the results and the engine sounds and performs more aggressive. Thanks AutoAnything"

"i have a cold air, cat back, and performance chip. this is the best thing i've got so far. havent hade it long enough to test mpg but the low end trq is very noticeable. as far as the sound i havnt noticed anything. thank you auto anything"

"The helix power tower throttle body spacer is one of the best add ons I did to my truck with the addition of an exhaust and a cold air intake the power tower makes it sound like there's a turbo under your hood. Not to mention the awesome gain in throttle response I got. Easy installation only took about 45 minutes, with normal everyday tools. Awesome product!"

"I noticed a considerable difference in low end torque, throttle response with very little whistle, however, a week later after i recieved my cold air intake i realized that you cannot run both, so i opted for the cold air intake, somewhere in the website it should state that due to clearance issues you cannot run the throttle body spacer and a volant cold air intake."

"I have a 98 Dakota with a 318, I bought new. I have installed a Borla exhayst and Gibson header. Really perked it up. The Helix spacer took 15 minutes to install and gained me even better throttle response. I am a happy customer."

"I was kind of weary purchasing this product because I had just saw it on this website. But I will tell you what if you want a whistling throttle body that sounds like its sucking some air, this one is it. Everytime you step on it it whistles even sometimes when cruising at low rpms. "I noticed a bit of differance in the shifting in my 03' crown victoria. The transmission shifts a liitle sooner. I really havn't noticed any change in mileage but then again i'm always romping the pedal!!! I don't feel any change in the throttle response."

"this throttle body spacer works really really well with the 5.7 hemi...the only down side is the installation, you have to trim the intake tube and it gets a little confusing on what you have to actually trim but other than that this woks great! and it does whistle pretty loud but i don't mind, it kinda sounds like a small turbo"
