I like the look and the quality of the product. Plus I like the sound, nice and quiet when normal driving but when you punch it you can hear it come alive with a very good sound to it.

I bought this for my 04 Dodge Ram hemi sport truck and took off a k&n. I noticed a big difference from the time I cranked my truck up!! Much better takeoff and power. Wish j had bought the Volans a long time ago!!

I found the Volant CAI to be well made & good value for the price compared to other brands. It took me approx 20 mins to install & looks great. I can't say for sure how much extra HP or MPG I may be getting yet as I installed it at the same I installed a set of 315/70R-17 tires which have created extra weight & drag. I do know the engine is getting the air it needs for optimum performance as the design allows for more external air with less restriction to the TBI & it's compatible with my tuner.

I purchased my Volant Powercore CAI and I couldn't be any happier. As a novice mechanic, it was very easy to install and required little effort. Additionally when I put the pedal down the sound is so much better than the stock intake. It has a throaty muscle car sound. People ask if I notice a MPG increase, and I would say no difference in MPG. I didn't purchase it for a MPG increase though, I just wanted more performance from my truck. Since the casing is completely enclosed from the hot engine compartment, the air it intakes is from down below the engine where the cooler air travels up from under. Great product, I recommend this product!

As stated in previous posts, it doesn't fit that well. The sensor hole is positioned right over a hose and makes it very difficult to install. I also had to shave off some plastic on the plastic base to get it to seat all the way in.

very nice, quality looking CAI. Sounds good too! Have not had a chance to check for MPG increase, but feels like it has more power.

goes on easy and looks pretty good. I haven't driven it yet to tell about mpg or performance.Does seem a little expensive for plastic.

When I initially received my Volant CAI, I wasn't able to install it because the company sent the wrong air duct. However, after solving that issue, the installation was relatively painless. I've definitely noticed any increase in response when I hit the gas pedal. I've also monitored my MPG, and it seems that it has went up by about 1 MPG. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to beef up their engine performance as well as appearance.
