a lot of different opinions out there , I found that I had better throttle response , the truck runs more freely up grades , I would buy again , the fit on the Volant system was nice , mine had the Donaldson filter in it , a nice looking , well made product .

This unit was easy to install. There was no noticeable difference in sound after install. I have noticed a small difference in throttle response, but have not had it on long enough to see if fuel economy has gone up.

This is my second Volant intake and it is awesome. Definitely more get up and go plus a nice roar when you step on it. Easy, affordable install that will make you happy. Another great experience from AutoAnything.com.

I put it on my 08 avalanche 6.0 and it has improved gas mileage only when I'm not burnin off my tires. Horsepower and throttle response is impressively better.

Shipping from AutoAnything was fast and excellent. Everything included in the box for installation. The instructions that were included leaves something to be desired. I even had to use a Dremel tool to carve part of the box out to get it to fit in my truck. However, other than that easy to install.

Excellent quality and look. Definitely feel some throttle response (although not overwhelming)(4.8L). Slight change in sound too at low rpm, definitely at WOT...reminds me of how a Quadrajet used to sound! Haven't checked fuel mileage yet.

Looks good, sounds good and has a little more power (sorry no noticable mpg gains it really goes down because you want to stay in it more to hear it moan)Overall I would order it again right from Auto Anything!!

When I first got this I had a stock exhaust and it made my truck have a more aggressive sound to it and now a week later I got a flowmasters exhaust and its amazing as far as saving gas well if I didn't floor it every chance I get I would probably notice the gas savings but all in all it sounds great and noticeable power gain go get it!
