Great Air Intake has the worst set of directions I have ever seen in any product that needed assembly. With what they are asking for this Intake you would think they could afford a more detailed set of directions.

The hardest part was removing the old parts need for the new cold air intake. I noticed the difference right away in acceleration and power tank of gas 30 gal would last me 12 days I'm already past that and have little better than a quarter tank.

My parents use my expedition to haul my dad's Wheelchair. Where they live is all hills. Trying to improve the fuel mileage up from 5 MPG, I also ordered a throttle body spacer and a MAF. With all 3 installed, fuel mileage is now at 13. Since my truck is at Max payload at all times, I've also installed E3 plugs, Magnaflow exhaust with their hi flow cats, 4 Bilstein shocks and truck/tow pads with slotted and drilled rotors

Order was delivered promply. Installation was quick and easy. Total time to install was less than 15 minutes. I had previously installed a single in / dual out flowmaster exhaust system and noticed no performance or economy gains. After installation of volant cold air intake both fuel economy and performance increased. The engine now runs smoother and stronger. Very happy with the service from AutoAnything and am planning to order a Jet performance mass air flow sensor.

The powercore filter and filter box are great. I get a good cool flow rate from the filter. However, the tube with this kit doesn't fit properly. The air duct fitting that goes to the crankcase is too large for the stock tubing, and results in a terrible vacuum "howling" sound. I had to replace the volant intake tube with my old K&N tube. Noise gone and all tubes fit correctly. The kit does make nice power, better than my old K&N filter.
