I've had injen, k&n CAI's in the past. But my brother picked up Volant CAI for his Tacoma and liked the performance, sound, and look ever since. Installation was easy except a screw from my truck was in the way. Didn't line up to the original intake compartment on fender. But other then that love it. Sound performance and look.

It works... Maybe not for Mpg but definitely an improvement in throttle response. Install directions are terrible but you can figure it out.

Quick easy install. Sounds great. Dunno about a mpg increase but the throaty sound at WTO is worth it alone for me. Bolted right on. No modification requires.

I purchased the Volant CAI closed in box and the install took about 40 minutes to complete. I took my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab Hemi Sport on a road test shortly after installation and noticed immediate power and a much more throatier sound. Next day I noticed that my gas mileage has improved in the city and highway by about 3 miles per gallon. I love the way it gets up and go and would recommend this product for anyone looking to enhance horse power and gas mileage.

looking for some extra mileage from my hemi , I'll know after a few tank fulls. you can hear when you get into the throttle where you did not before. this I find makes you aware you are wasting gas . from the look and sound of the unit it looks like you are getting extra hp . hope it turns into better mpg. Overall very satisfied with this unit. Sounds good and performs better. Only issue is that the box doesn't fit exactly to the hole in the engine bay. It sits about an inch higher. You'll have to plug it with some foam tape to seal it.
