The Airaid intake system was easy to install with the tools that I had, and the fit was perfect for my truck. The appearance is okay, I liked the bold "HEMI 5.7L V8" printed on the stock box, but that's me. I can tell there is a power increase when accelerating, and I can hear the difference in the engine sound too. So far a 2mpg increase in city driving(14mpg to 16mpg). I haven't taken a longer trip yet, but I expect an increase from 18mpg to 20mpg or better if I can stay out of the gas.

This installs easily, seems to provide better fuel economy and horsepower and sounds nice at part throttle but at WOT in the mid to high rpm range the dash on the passenger side vibrates so bad it is unbearable. This might be the reason for the better fuel economy as driving with a light foot to avoid noise. Reinstalled the factory resonator box in place of Airaid intake tube and kept Airaid filter and CAD in place which appears to have solved problem but less horsepower.

A bit pricey, however the quality and ease of istallation are very good. I purchased this system along with the Airaid throttle body spacer.I see no gains so far with the spacer and intake, however to be fair it's only been in for a week or so .Both were paired up with a Banks monster exhaust and Automind programmer.I was thinking this combination would give me immediate enhancement, still too early to tell.It does make you truck a bit louder with the increased air flow, such as accelerating onto a highway ramp entry and passing.Overall a decent upgrade, but the jury is still out on any noticeable gains in HP,torque or mileage.Engine is a 5.7L Hemi with 151K.

This is a must for hemi's. You can feel the passing power at WOT from 50-60 and it just goes. I have a programmer with it and exhaust and it's the missing piece. Price is high but for me it was worth it, it pays itself! Getting a 2-5 increase in city and highway. I had problems installing it into my 2007 dodge ram..The breather part was not correct for some reason so i cut the stock one 1-2inches and the provided one also I wasnt hard but if you know what you are doing then you shouldn't have a problem.

Very pleased overall with this new system. Went on without any problems in about 30 minutes with few tools. Directions were incredibly precise and accurate and pictures were clear and helpful. Noticed huge difference in throttle response with the assistance of new throttle body spacer (did both at same time). Still have stock exhaust (for now) but can't believe how much more aggressive my truck sounds. Really woke up the HEMI! Probably the best intake on the market (trust me, I've used others).
