Overall it's a good part that should be about a 1/4" longer on the air box side The rubber hose sent for the breather is also the wrong size but a zip tie tightened it up enough to make it useable

I'm always skeptical of all given reviews but the ones on this product where right on the money, easy installation, good quality product and as always Auto Anything beats everyone on price (Sorry Amazon). My Truck idles better, I have more power and I'm saving a little more than 1-MPG in the city and a little over 2-MPG on the highway....you can say I'm a happy camper!

Would definitely recommend. Hardest part of install was taking off the stock equipment...beyond that, it only took a few minutes. Truck had a deeper tone and sounded great. Throttle response was improved and it was able to hold OD longer on hills. 2007 Silverado wt 4.8L

Installed in about 15 minutes and sounds great with a Magnaflow muffler. however it is important to wipe the slick factory coating off with some alcohol to avoid having the tube slip off.

This tube in combination with a high flow panel filter and a flash tune have really made my 6.2 ltr engine not only perform better but also gained a little better fuel economy. Just a little more intake noise (1/3 of a cold air intake) under hard excelleration. The Airaid Intake Tube is a great value in my opinion.

I installed the MIT on my 13 Sierra about a month ago. The install was a cake walk and when I first touched the gas I immediately noticed more throttle response and a little more torque feel. On the highway when I'm trying to get around somebody its excellent because now the truck is very quick to get up to speed. It also produces a nice sound from the engine when you step on it and it drops a gear. I didn't really notice a difference in fuel economy. Next up will be a programmer
