I got this for a little extra boost out of the 4 cyl in my Equinox. I definitely got that as the vehicle seems to spool up a bit quicker and way better throttle response. That made the product worth it. I was hoping to get some extra gas mileage out of it as I have in other vehicles. I can't see much difference in it at this point and have tried to drive the same with roughly the same routes. The noise is not noticeable at normal cruising speeds and just a little louder otherwise. Overall happy.

The unit is way over priced. So far I have not seen any difference in mileage. Maybe performance but that could be attributed to the noise. This system is noisy. It looks good and simple to install but I don't see the payback.

I would like to say I'm a huge K&N fan I've purchased a K&N cold air for every car I've ever own. Out of the five K&N's I've installed this one seemed to be the hardest it was almost like it wasn't made to fit but after some adjusting it went in fine. Now the improvement in performance was amazing. I see the dyno chart from K&N says 9.5 or so in Horse Power but it feels like so much more.

The intake may cost more than others, but it performs well. You can feel the difference in power even with the fuel saving mode turned on. A little noisier with the windows down but not a bad drone. Fits very well and looks better than factory.

Nice unit, easy to install, not noisy, looks nice installed, won't need a new air filter for a very long time as the K&N unit is washable! More than fair price, quick delivery! Happy customer! ??

I recently installed the Series 77 on a 2012 4-cyl Chevy Equinox. The listing was for a 2011 Equinox, but the engine is the same, and it installed exactly by the directions. Caution with the loose air mass sensor cable when fastening the supplied top of the airbox. I caught it the first time. The system is great and supplies noticeable extra power. I will install a system on another vehicle soon.
