It took me about 75 minutes to install, so the estimate of 90 is very reasonable. I had read several reviews indicating the instructions were not good, but I had no real issues with them, and loved the pictures. It was a small pain to go back and forth between the pictures and the exploded diagram to see exactly which screws to use for each step, but not a big deal. The performance gain is noticeable, better throttle response, more power, and as others stated a very cool sound.

I put a K&N intake on my 2010 Tundra in 2012, and just installed one on my 2014 Wrangler. Observations: 1. MPG - no change 2. Pickup - improved 3. Sound -- improved The Wrangler sounds extremely close to stock; when I step on it, it sounds throatier than normal, but still not like a hot rod. The Tundra sounds like a hot rod, but I also have an exhaust upgrade (MBRP) on the Tundra. Delivery took about 10 days to my home in Connecticut and installation was straight-forward (<2 hours). My view is this is worth it if you want improved pickup and sound. If MPG is your goal, my experience has been no impact.

can't believe how fast it was shipped. Split washers and washers were loose in box some had been lost. Instructions need to tell when to tighten hardware and when to leave loose. Otherwise instructions were good, parts breakdown and exploded view really helped and installation was not a problem. I really like the performance and sound of the product.

The K&N intake system came on time and was very easy to install. This system gave me more horse power and sounds real good also looks very good when you open the hood.
