I installed the kit less than an hour! the instruction is straight forward, I viewed the instruction several times in PDF file before I actually bought the kit. The kit doesn't look like a cheap plastic which is a +, WOW on my gas mileage I got extra 2 to 4 miles per gallon! depending on the way I drive, I can't tell how extra HP I got but I'm sure it did have extra performance now! oh and my Gibson Swept Side Exhaust System sounds better! This is not my first FIPK K&N on my cars all the way.

Well, in all honesty I think that the product is pricey, but considering the fact that it's going to improve my truck's performance it's still worth it. It was fairly simple to install. I did notice that it has a slightly better throttle response, I'm really not one to really punch the gas though so, didn't really put it through a "rigorous test" or nothing but it did feel like it had better acceleration. When it comes to the MPG's i only drove my truck for a week to work just to test it, I did see a slight increase but nothing too significant, but although it's mostly highway I go through plenty of hills, so it's not ideal for good fuel economy, all in all, good buy.

This thing makes my truck sound like a beast when on the gas. Good increase in performance for the price. I've had to tighten up the hose clamps a few times, but that's expected. Installation was a bit tough to get everything right, but it worked out in the end. Overall, I am happy with my new cold air intake.

very easy to install. love the way it looks when i pop open the hood. noticeable gains in hp. makes the engine sound a little more throaty. plan on adding the flowmaster 40 series exhaust to let out all the air taken in now

installed on 06 dakota works great, sounds great. Just a little pricey for what you get. 250.00 would make it perfect.

Found kit easy to install. Hardest part was getting replaced equipment off. Directions could have been a little better. Did not supply enough sealing tubing. Just installed last weekend so do not have many miles with it in place to make a serious comment about engine response and increased mpg. With one tank of gas truck equipment saying 0.7 mpg increase.
