Not hard to install. Good performance gain and went up at least 1 mpg. Only thing is it barely clears the fan and you have to make sure to adjust it just right or it will rub with fan. Thumbs up however.

Like always K&N makes a very good product and Autoanything has the best price match policy out there. Installed in about a half hour works great, looks great, and sounds great.

I have only had installed for a few days, so I don't have a full take on performance and fuel economy yet. I have 2005 Envoy XL w/ 5.3L V8. It sounds good when you get on it, but it is unnoticeable when driving normally. I had only a few glitches on the install. The intake plumbing is very close to fan and on first attempt the blade rubbed it. The heat shield also needed a little adjsuting but I think it will be okay now! The installed was only about 70 minutes! I am driving to OBX this week and I hoping for an increase in fuel economy!
