I love the sound when you give it a little gas on the road. Took longer to install then I had imagined but there's more to it then old off new one. Quality part. Best price out there for this part. Trust me I looked and did my research. Shipped extremely quick for the distance and package was even mint condition! No worries for loose or missing parts. Simple transaction, best price, and quick shipping.... What more could you want?

I needed a replacement for the stock intake and K&N was the best deal offered. The price on Auto anything couldn't be beat..trust me, I looked! Delivery was timely, the service was very good. As far as performance, its not hard to notice any extra ponies/torque with the 5.4 triton a truck this heavy in SE Ohio hills, and I can honestly say when pulling a load or empty, you can notice quicker acceleration between 2700 and 3500 Rpms on 6% grades. As for fuel economy.. can't say I've noticed it.

It took @ 4 hours to install it, but it was worth the effort. I never expected to have to reposition the throttle body, I expected a simple air box replacement. I like the dyno run printout that comes with it and do feel a slight improvement in performance. Combined with the FlowMaster exhaust that i installed 2 weeks before my 2006 F250 runs smooth and a bit peppier than before. My fuel mileage has actually shown a very minimal improvement from 12mpg up to 13.4mpg. All in all, I am happy.

Great throttle response, great install directions, great sound. I no longer have to keep my foot in my truck to get it down the road!

I can not verify any gas mileage increase, if there is it is minimum, but I do know it is breathing much better and the performance is improved.

2006 Ford F250SD: The kit was put together very well. The instructions could call out fastener types and sizes in the step by step manual, rather than referring back to the 1st page schematic constently. Do yourself a favor and buy some throttle body & MAF cleaner before putting it together. While it's dissasembled it's worht the extra 15 min. to clean out all the build up from the breather tube.

I was very happy to get the intake the very next day after ordering. Installation was easy, 1hr tops. Once installed the truck sounded and felt very different. Don't really know about fuel savings because I have a little more of a lead foot now. Really like the sound and will probable add a chip to really wake the truck up!
