I am very happy with the Typhoon intake system. It did take me a good 2 1/2 hours to complete the entire job but the only real problem I had (and still have) is that the mounting bolt that goes on the bracket from throttle to the cylinder is cross threaded. I believe that the bolt should be attached first and then the bracket to the throttle because you are trying to attach the bolt blind and with little room. I must've spent a good 35 minutes attempting to secure the bolt and cross threaded it

While looking for a cold air intake I read allot of reviews. I found some testing I thought was relevant. At some point every car well only pull in so much air. Almost Every cold air intake tested did that. K&N has the reputation. And the knowledge to get me a quality product I could depend on at a price I could afford. It provides fuel savings, it's really loud. I like that. And it boosts horsepower. Really like that. Buy this one. Price and reputation.

I love the performance it gives that also comes with a very aggressive sound and look. I did not however like the directions what so ever. Did not explain what bolt is what, or what washer goes where. Also did not like the fact that they did not include all the bolts. And the threads where damaged when I recieved the item that caused me to have to make my own threads. ... Other than that great product.

Ease of installation was really not so easy- I had to tweak a few parts and drill an extra hole but after that I really love the growl sound under the hood and the 2-3 mpg boost. Torque: Well, I haven't had the rpm as high as the Dyno test shows to notice the difference but overall, I truly happy that I installed it on my 2012 Altima 3.5 SR. I got the best deal by 75.00 on this website and I'll def. use it again for other parts.

Took about 1 1/2 hours for me to put it on. One thing I didn't like was the picture shows chrome intake tube and it comes black. Really if you are going to show a picture of something that we are expecting to get and don't get it that's not good. Performance came up a little sounds GREAT. Farely easy to install. But I think you or K&M needs to send me the chrome piece that the picture shows.

This thing sounds awesome when you get on it and you can feel the response. Installation was easy with the detailed instructions.

Air intake was shipped quickly and in great packaging. The install was fairly simple and quick just make sure you look at the schematic to know what screws and washers to use during the installation steps.

Excellent product. Engine breathes much better and you can really hear it! Installation instructions were a little poor, just needs to be a little more thorough.
