The K&N 69 typhoon intake system exceeded all of my expectations! Not only does it sound great, the car has new life. The performance upgrade was very noticeable. My friends kept asking me "is that all you did to the car"? They couldn't believe the difference in the sound and the increase in power!!!!!!

The system was generally easy to install and enhances the under hood appearance. I was disappointed to find the interior of the intake tube was not polished thus reducing the airflow slightly. I applied several coats of wax to improve the finish. The gasket that separates the filter from the engine compartment does not have a tight seal but that can be mended by adding aftermarket weather stripping. Use the parts list page for reference during installation as the instructions are rather vague.

My Camaro had lots of power, but sounded lame. The K&N improved both more than I could have imagined. I could swear it has more power and the sound is awesome when you get down on it. It took about an hour to install and was not hard to do at all.

Took less than 30 minutes to install and totally enhanced the looks under the hood. When I get on the gas the air intake sounds like a beast. HAPPY!
