The system fit well after some minor mods -- Hood hit on the shroud -- Had to remove system and trim the top edge so the hood closed properly. Overall the system looks good and performs great!

The air box sat on top of the ABS brake line block. The air box had to be modified so that it would not rub the brake lines. This one is all black would have been a lot better with a silver or chrome tube. I have purchased several kand n kits for other cars and they do increase performance. Auto anything is a good place to shop.

The Item has made a difference in the performance of my vehicle. I am very impressed with it, and it is definitely worth the money. I did not mark (5) stars on installation only because I had my Local ford performance shop install this item (they are professionals, and did it fast and right. Again I am happy I bought it and it helps with my acceleration, Gas savings (I doubt it...LOL, if you wanna go fast, you gotta pay for gas)... No exceptions in that rule. Best Regards, Marcel

Very nice product. Although the heat shield is to tall for my car so when it's in I can't close my hood. Just gonna have to trim it down myself...

Don't know about mileage increase but the Merc definitely seems a little more eager to go. Smoother acceleration and it sounds great. Easy install with the exception of needing star drivers to remove air sensor. Its a new GM and a great long term investment. Duals are next.
