This piece is not only beautiful but like the title says, she's easy to install and once she's on... Boy oh boy hold onto your seats because you feel a real power increase for your vehicle! Great job with this one K&M

Great Bolt-on Performance for your veloster turbo

Adds much smoother acceleration, and allows you to hear more of what the engine is doing.. plus you get the neat "whoooosh" sound. There is a definite improvement in speed. It is not the easiest thing in the world to install. The bolt that secures the intake to the piece that attaches to the throttle body goes in from the underside, at a 90* angle. It went in crooked, and I had to secure to prevent rattles by using a couple zip ties in the middle of the screw itself to take up the slack.

Great on 2016 Veloster Turbo

I love this intake. It was a really easy install on my Veloster turbo. An hour and half approximately. Comes with printed step by step instructions to help you not get stuck or confused. The sound it makes is really good. On a cold start you can hear the air intake prominently. It quiets down as your car warms up. When punching it you can hear the turbo spool really well. And as you let off or change gears you get a really nice release sound, similar to a blow off valve. Not quite as loud though

Ions issue with the product

It makes my car sound like a bad ass. The only issue is the hardware was difficult to install on the cover and when putting on my filter I bent the metal intake tube by tightening the hose clamp. The metal pipe should not bend. Now I have to buy a new one or find a way to fix it. Other than that the product rocks.

Dresses up engine bay, really looks good. Partial throttle very odd rushing of air sound can be heard going thru tube. You soon learn to drive around that sound but sometimes you can't Other than that seems to be OK.

The typhoon intake enables you to unleash some of that turbo's power! Feels like a whole different car and sounds bad a**!

Everything fit perfectly except the top cover. The website says it's for the Veloster so I gave it a try. Very impressed with the sound and performance.

It has a lot more pickme up now than when the factory system was on it. And it brings out the sound of the turbo even more.

But once received the quality of the piping is cheap and thin and no different than the $20 eBay ones . Style and paint job is nice , heat shield design was very sleek but piping was a disgrace . Upon ligt clamp pressure for the couplers he piping bends and dents and has no roll beaded edges to help keep couplers and filter from sliding off so easy . My previous Injen intake was the highest and thickest quality of piping I ever used and I would use them again over k&n next time!

What a difference

Took about 90 minutes to install and that's being slow and reading the directions twice. Great product. This intake will not give you the deep throaty sound but a massive suction of air sound before the turbo kicks in. Then it sounds like a bat outta hell.
