On my Nissan Frontier it took 15 minutes to install, it was so simple I thought I was overlooking something. Already have a K&N cold air intake and Flowmaster muffler and cant hear any whistle at all, but I can tell a difference in fuel economy of 1 mpg on the road and 2 mpg around town. As far as adding any horsepower, I don't notice any, especially with the other add-ons.
