Power? I can't say that I can tell any difference. I don't own a dyno and I can't trust the seat of my pants. I have seen absolutely no improvement in fuel mileage. I make the same 30 mile run daily. Average for this course before the Banks was 16.4 it is now 16.2. The unit was not hard to install however small modifications were needed to both the truck and the "box" and it still does not fit properly. Sorry, at this price I expected more. Don't waste your money!

Installation was straight forward for my 2006 Chevy LBZ Diesel. The only minor problem was removing some of the stock items associated with the old Cold Air Intake tubing and filter box. As for price and value for this Banks Ram-Air Intake remades to be seen in the coming months of operation. I also purchased the Ram-Air Super Scoop to make it a complete installation.

I LOOKED FOR GOOD QUALITY EQUIPMENT TO ADD TO MY 2007 DURAMAX IT ALWAYS RAN GOOD BUT KNOW IT RUNS BETTER .THE TRICK IS TO GET AIR TO THE ENGINE AND A EXHAUST SYSTEM TO GET IT OUT BANKS PROVIDES BOTH . IAM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE TRUCK HAS PERFORMED PLUS FUEL MILEAGE HAS GONE UP.

The banks cold air kit & super scoop are very high quality! The install was straight forward & easy to do (took about 30min) I did not see the power Banks claims, but there is some power & mileage to be gained. If your in the market for a cold air this one is the nicest I have seen.

Very nice product but if you are running larger than stock tires you will need to make serious modifications to the supper scoop to prevent rubbing on tires

The Banks Ram-Air Intake is very easy to install. It would not be a challenge for a first timer. Everything fits as it should, doesn't interfere with any factory components, and looks great! It's Fit, Form and Function are great!

haven' really had a chance to evaluate it yet, easy to install, be sure to read the directions such as the small screws and the use of them,[I messed up one of my connections by not reading; my fault]tried to use the factory screws. would like to have seen the logo on top in white, would have been more appealing and noticeable.

I haven't driven enough miles to really give an honest survey on the Banks Ram air intake. I can say that the install was great, and looks great. The 200 plus miles I have driven, showed me a 1.5 to 2 mpg increase. However time will tell. Thank you for a good product (so far).
