Very easy install, it took me maybe 30 minutes to put together, remove and install the new intake on my Jeep. The sound is amazing with my aftermarket dual exhaust. I actually can feel a difference in torque and horsepower with this intake. I've used other intakes before but this one is by far the best I've ever installed.

Have only had this on my Jeep for one full tank and so far I love it. Sounds awesome when you get on it and my MPG's have gone up even with a ton of stop and go traffic that the first tank was used for. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a little more performance and MPG's.

Helps tremendously on my jeep downshifting while driving over overpasses. Did not help with fuel economy (at least it is not noticeable) perhaps a slight increase in acceleration or just a different sound! Either way, it is worth it to help with the regular down shifting on the interstate.

Within 200 miles and a combination of HWY and CITY driving my average MPG is consistently 1.8 to 2.1 higher than compared to stock. I notice some additional pull through the gears at accelleration, especially getting up to speed on the highway ramps. You really have to struggle removing the ATI from the stock hose. No hints on an easy way to do it and this amateur got very frustrated. The plastic hose connecting the throttle body to the air filter cover does not seat tightly. The stock box does.

It also compliments the Banks Monster exhaust system. This Ram-Air Intake really gives me more horsepower on lower and mid-range. You can really hear it sucking air. I am very happy with Banks products. Can't wait to get the AutoMind programmer. Overall, excellent system.

Banks Ram Air Is the way to go!! Price is competitive with most systems The install was super EZ taking the old box out was more difficult. The jeep came with a Gibson exhaust and I added the intake. Around 4 mpg's beter and we live at 8000 ft above sea level. Sounds sweet when you get it revved up. I like it so much I am going to get the intake and exhaust for my Silverado Good work BANKS

Unable to confirm power increase attributable to the Banks, since this unit was installed after a Superchips Flashpaq upgrade, but the JK definitely has more aggressive sound when the skinny pedal is applied. It certainly makes for more spirited driving, with the power improvement associated with the flashpaq and the noticable roar of the Banks. A 4" Magnaflow muffler was install after the FP and Banks, but proved to be of no benefit. Too loud and no power increase. It dimished the sound of the Banks intake in exchange for a cheap exhaust hum/rumble noise.

Easy install. Showed an immediate increase in MPGs. Bet it will even be better when I'm not enjoying the increase in performance so much. But on interstate showed increase in MPG's. I would recommend this update for anyone considering it... Well worth the price.
