After installing the intake it feels like my suburban is finally able to take a deep breath and put it to use. Not quite "completely different car" type of change, but a completely different feel for sure. 10/10 recommend

This is a great product. When I went to buy a cai and I saw this I figured I could splurge and get the nicer looking one I'm glad I did, it looks great and sounds amazing! It completely woke the truck up, a lot better throttle response and I feel like the truck has endless power I'd definitely recommend this to anyone/everyone I'd buy the Blackhawk for all of my cars if they made it for them!

Easy, step by step instructions. On for about a month, no better mileage but going up grades in cruise used to downshift, now just pulls more air and goes! Down side, the box is a one size fits none. Gaps on bottoms, sides and no top means your sucking in engine air so I lined the box with 1/2" styrofoam sheeting and built a lid. For a bonus they send you a cleaner/oil kit but the Blackhawk filter doesn't use oil! ?? overall a good purchase, would buy again

Definitely notice a performance sound from under hood when you step on it. Installation wasn't bad, although I did not have a drill bit big enough for the one hole to be drilled. HP gains unknown, maybe too little to notice. I've not traveled enough to notice any significant mileage increase, but its stayed steady and I've probably been on it a little more since install.

I have installed cold air intake systmes of two other brands on my other vehicles and was disappointed with the results. The K&N Blackhawk was an overall clean install and have noticed imeadette results in performance. Mileage has not gotten better yet, I like the sound to much the K&N makes when I stomp it! It has only suffered .5 miles to the gallon on the first two tanks. I do expect some increase if I can manage to get back to my normal driving habits.

Excellent system, increase MPG, Added horsepower!!! Reduced by one star because it took a mechanic to install. Recommend that any good backyard mechanic can install.

Installed on my 2011 Silverado 5.3 at least 2 more mpg added to my truck, seems to have more throttle response, but I also have a AFM delete so between both my truck runs and performs much better. The Blackhawk kit looks amazing under the hood, and the sound it gives getting in the gas sounds great to. A+
