Was looking for a little bump in power and get up and go. Noticed a slight increase in the mid to lower RPM range. Was a great add since I didn't have room for a spacer due to the CAI

Easy Install but did nothing.

It was a very easy install. Only took about 10 minutes and that is as good as it gets. It really didnt do anything, no sound, no change in throttle response, no change in mpg. Just fun to try for 25 dollars I guess. One thing I do like though compared to the throttle body spacer is that this does not choke down the intake area behind the throttle body.

NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE!

AutoAnything had great service and fast shipping. Once the spacer arrived, I got to work and did a nice clean install. I started the truck, and it ran HORRIBLE! Rough idle, sticky RPM revs, and then the check engine light came on. Needless to say I took it off and threw it in the trash. Put everything back to stock, reset the computer, and then she ran great! What ever you do please SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Looking for performance improvements

I have a 2000 GMC sierra with a 5.3 and thought I would give this a try. The installation is very well documented and it took about half an hour. It's a very simple concept but I haven't driven it enough to have any real honest results as to its claims of better performance.

It worked

I have a 2006 Yukon xl. The average fuel economy was 15.3 mpg over 71000 to 115000 miles. I put this in and fuel economy increased to about 16.9 around town and topped out at 18.3 on a highway trip to Chicago.
