"I haven't had the unit installed very long. I didn't personally install it so I can't attest to ease of installation. The gas mileage seems slightly improved but again haven't even run a tank of gas all the way through. The sound when you get "on it" is really cool. Turns heads and really opens up the 2.4 engine. I don't know what sort of horse power gain I got but the "seat of the pants" test was significant. Much more responsive. I have to be careful off the line or else the tires break lose. I suspect I'll have the same problem with gas mileage if I don't behave! Nice! The price was also right. I highly recommend the Airaid Intake System. Thanks!" —Barry A from Blair, NE bought an Airaid Intake System for a 2007 Chevy HHR.
"Airaid intake for my 07 HHR was easy to install, has a great sound, improves throttle response, modest improvement in gas mileage." —Tim P from Fort Walton Beach, FL bought an Airaid Intake System for a 2007 Chevy HHR.
"I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE AIRAID INTAKE SYSTEM! I HAVE MORE GET-UP AND GO AND AM LOOKING FOR AN INCREASE IN MPG." —David D from Williamsburg, MI bought an Airaid Intake System for a 2007 Chevy HHR.
"This product does increase the performance of the 2.4 ecotec motor at around 3k rpm and up.It does add slightly more noise under hard acceleration, but not much more than the norm for the 2.4 motor.Installation instructions need improvement (better pictures)Anyone with average mechanical skills should be able to do the install without too much trouble." —James H from Rochester, NY bought a K&N 63 Series AirCharger High-Flow Intake Kit for a 2007 Chevy HHR.
