Easy install but 2 of the 4 replacement bolts are too long

Reviewed By Nathan F (YUKON, OK) Reviewed for a 2008 Chevy Suburban —3/30/2017 5:46 AM

Great product. However, two of the replacement bolts are too long for the right hand side of the throttle body. If you tighten too much it could damage the plastic housing the throttle body connects into. I've notice a 1 to 1.5 mile increase in MPG but I also installed a AEM air intake system too.

Suburban Airaid system

Reviewed By Alan W (Parma, ID) Reviewed for a 2001 Chevy Suburban —5/21/2016 10:48 AM

Installed just the box/filter on a 2001 Chev Suburban so I could leave the tube/stock hose support system intact. Easy install but take the time to clean the area up. Upgrade from the K&N flat air filter but will need an exhaust upgrade to see the full benefit.Wife loves it!!

2014 Suburban install w/throttle body spacer

Reviewed By Jeremiah J (SURPRISE, AZ) Reviewed for a 2014 Chevy Suburban —4/3/2016 11:18 AM

Noticed an increase in power immediately. I also added a throttle body spacer when I installed the intake. Installation was easy, maybe an hour? Make sure you have a 5/8ths drill bit to speed things up :) Love it so far.
