"We purchased the K&N Air Intake for our 2001 suburban and my husband loves the power increase and installation. Was a bit disapointed that it didn't increase the gas mileage but the power increase was a huge help." —Amanda C from Jay, ME bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Chevy Suburban, 1500, 5.3L V8.
"The fit was excellent and very easy to install. The car seems to have a bit more pickup at higher RPMs. A little noisy when your under load. Not sure if I picked up much MPG. Very nice product. would do business with you again." —Loren H from Lancaster, CA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Chevy Suburban.
"I've had several K&N products before, and I will continue as needed! The torque gains are felt and noticeable right away. I purchased this kit right before a trip with my 36' travel trailer to CA. We went through the desert and hills of AZ and CA. The added torque was a huge help, and easily noticeable. Towing was greatly improved and my wife commented about how smooth the Suburban felt from the passenger's seat. We'll have to see about MPG gains when I'm not towing 8,000 lbs!" —Joshua M from Houston, TX bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Chevy Suburban.
"As a novice when it comes to cars, I installed this on my 2002 Suburban with no problem! It looks great and sounds awesome. Now I need to let off the pedal and see if I can increase my mpg's." —James S from Wichita, KS bought a Spectre Cold Air Intake for a 2002 Chevy Suburban, 5.3L V8.
"Great to add a little horsepower and sound to your truck. It also looks great, performs exactly as described, and took only 30 minutes to install. AutoAnything was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns as well." —Michael H from Lancaster, PA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Chevy Suburban, 1500, 5.3L V8.
"It's hard to believe that an air intake will have a large impact on your gas mileage when you drive at normal or conservative rpm numbers. However, the truck sounds like it can really breathe now and the look on my honeys face the first time we went uphill was fantastic. The truck does feel slightly stronger but as with others the temptation to put the pedal down to hear that new throaty growl is seriously tempting." —Sean S from Sandy, UT bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2002 Chevy Suburban.
"this looks and sounds great!!!a friend and i installed it in about 15 min in my 2002 suburban family ride on the outside hot rod under the hood.is getting alot better air flow response is great ,gas mileage to soon to tell any change." —Doug L from Richmond, VA bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2002 Chevy Suburban, 1500, 5.3L V8.
"I was recomended to this intake by a friend, and I am very pleased. It was way cheaper than the others and from what I can tell just as high if quality as any K&N inake(maybe better). Install was simple,if you can use a screwdriver you can do this, I did it in my drivway in 20 degree weather. The intake looks really nice under the hood of the burb and it fit perfect. It makes a nice deep sound to the motor when you get on it, especially when passing on the highway. Noticed a decent amount of low to mid range power increas, but havent driven enough to check the milage. Overall a great product for performance, look, and price." —Peter C from Osceola, WI bought a Spectre Cold Air Intake for a 2002 Chevy Suburban, 5.3L V8.
