The CAI is nice and quiet until you hit + 3k RPM. Then you can really hear the CAI rumble.
MPG went from 21.0 to 22.5 which is nice for the 5.7 HEMI.

"Installed this in my friend's garage.....actually he did most of the work. Car had more power, was louder at higher RPM's (a good thing) and did exactly what I wanted. Don't know if the fuel mileage is better since I've been keeping my foot in it since installation. Will let you know about MPG later." —Brian B from Palm Harbor, FL bought a K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake Systems for a 2007 Dodge Charger, 5.7L Hemi.
"Install... was fairly easy. Pay attention to the exploded view in the instructions for washer placement...they are easy to look over. I know guys like to be macho and not read instructions...but please keep these handy.
Fuel mileage...I've only used one tank since the install, but I got an extra 30 miles out of that tank. More tanks will tell if that was a fluke or a sign of things to come.
HP increase...very minimal, as the K&N dyno specs show.
Sound...WOT sounds beautiful. No real change in idle sound, but WOT or half of that, and there's a noticable difference in the sound." —Kevin C from Mishawaka, IN bought a K&N 63 Series AirCharger High-Flow Intake Kit for a 2007 Dodge Charger, 3.5L V6.
"I was a skeptic but now a believer. I increased my MPG by 1.8 miles per gallon on gas. It may not seem like much but it does add up, especially when you consider today's gas prices. Additionally, there is more power and a more aggressive sound. Instructions say install takes 90 minutes but it took me 2 hrs and 15 minutes. No big deal, just a little patience and careful reading. You'll like the results!" —James N from Lees Summit, MO bought a K&N 63 Series AirCharger High-Flow Intake Kit for a 2007 Dodge Charger.
"I purchased the Airaid Quickfit without the the tube....and i was amazed at what i got...the loud rumble alone is worth it..let alone the extra 10-15 hp.." —Scott A from Mountain View, CA bought an Airaid Intake System for a 2007 Dodge Charger.

It was very tight but if it wasnt then I would be complaining of rattling im sure. Looks like a professional install. Performance wise I couldnt really give you any advise. It has a slight suck to it hard on the throttle but not annoying at all. Overall excellent product!!!" —Daniel U from Rainier, OR bought an Airaid Intake System for a 2007 Dodge Charger.
