"I wasn't expecting much of a difference in the preformance of my 2002 Durango after I hooked the Air Intake up. Let me tell you I was dead wrong, it has pick up that I never thought would happen. It feels like a whole new engine, it is awesome. The sound when you stomp on the gas is outstanding, it roars, and sounds so boss ! Hooking it up was a snap, the directions are so good, anyone that can read can hook it up. I had no problems what so ever. I am not sure if it will help my gas miles but time will tell, thats if I can stop stomping on the gas long enough" —Sean B from Ronkonkoma, NY bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2002 Dodge Durango.
"I installed the K&N Air Intake on my 2002 Dodge Durango. The instructions were very easy to install with the exception of drilling a hole for the air temp sensor. The air intake is much louder than I expected when stepping on the gas, but quiets down when driving. I've tested it on several long trips and found my mileage improved by 200 miles more. The passing power has also been greatly improved. I've also added a functional ram air hood which added to the performance. Thanks!" —Alfredo F from Waterville, OH bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Dodge Durango.
"Installation was easy. Fit was excellent. What surprised me was the sound. It is incredible at mid rpms. I had no idea an intake could sound so good!" —Steve O from Cascade, CO bought an aFe Cold Air Intakes for a 2002 Dodge Durango.
"The K&N FIPK was easy to install. The difference in performance was noticable. However, my reason for purchasing it was to increase fuel efficiency. My testing of the fuel economy is ongoing but first indications are that it does make some improvement. It will take a lot of driving for the K&N to pay for itself in fuel savings but I tink it will do it.Overall I think it is a good system and it does make breathing much easier for the engine. Much like a breath riet strip for me." —Woody S from Bixby, OK bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Dodge Durango.
"Have had 'cheaper' versions on previous vehicles. I can definitly feel the increased torque and response when I step on the gas. Not sure about the fuel savings, however there does seem to be some minor improvement. Overall pleased with the purchase, so much in fact that I purchased another for my 06 Charger. Only drawback that I have seen is that the seal or padding does not apply as smoothly to angles. But not a big issue." —Luther E from , bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Dodge Durango.
"I am pretty well satisfied w my intake. Im still getting used to it. if the road is wet, i cant floor it to much, (considering my tires r only 6 months old). I like it n would recommend to n e one." —Abel D from Los Angeles, CA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2002 Dodge Durango.
