"I must say i was impressed by the looks and sound coming from under the hood, big improvement in gas milage, used with the spacer i estimate 4 additional miles per gal, maybe more.I think i lost some top end power, but with the additional milage and midrange power i gained, i am very happy. My truck also passed state inspection with no problem.Very easy to install 45 minutes." —Delroy T from Montclair, NJ bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2003 Ford Expedition.
"The spacer was simple to install. the instructions could provide a simple drawing for the very inexperienced. It does not whistle as I drive (I read this from another review). I have not noticed a significant amount of power. The on board computer averages fuel consumption while on the freeway cursing at 1999 RPM's in overdrive the average went from 17 MPG to 19 MPG, ( it could have been great tail wind). I have only had it installed a week now and have driven 300 miles.. So far it seems to be a good product.John" —John P from Galt, CA bought a Jet Power-Flow TBI Spacer for a 2003 Ford Expedition.
"The engine sound nice it has a quicker pick up but I haven't seen a MPG increase. Over all it's a great system." —Joseph J from , bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2003 Ford Expedition.
"As in other reviews, the system takes about 90 minutes to install with the step-by-step instructions from K&N. Stay organized and focused and it's easy. I bought it to increase mileage and towing power pulling my 4,000lb trailer -- mostly wind resistance. I think it worked. It pulls up hills a little easier and the power increase in noticeable at RPMs above 3500. Hard to say about mileage. Probably helped, but not much. I wouldn't make that the drop-the-hammer reason for buying. I didn't find any increase in sound noted in other reviews." —J Clifton M from Bozeman, MT bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2003 Ford Expedition.
"I am a novice mechanic but found the ease of installation , well , "easy". Looks great and performs very well . Got at least 1.5 to 2 miles per gallon better and better throttle response too.Overall very pleased with the shopping experience and fast shipping." —Mike R from Hemet, CA bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2003 Ford Expedition.

"On the whole this was a simple install. I set up a table in the driveway beside my truck and laid out all the tools called for and the parts as needed. After the third trip to the house for yet another tool not specified I finally just grabbed the tool box and brought it out. The pics could be a little larger to give you a better view of what you are doing but all and all it was pretty easy. Took me about an hour." —Ross W from Mercedes, TX bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2003 Ford Expedition.
"Installation was relatively easy. I had to re-arrange a couple of hoses. Too early to tell if the gas mileage is any better. The sound is awesome." —Robert F from Long Valley, NJ bought a Spectre Cold Air Intake for a 2003 Ford Expedition.
