"Good power gains. 1 MPG fuel increase. Sounds great. Easy to install, great buy!" —Douglas W from Wayland, MA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
"Installed the intake and JET throttle body spacer at the same time; took about an hour and 4 beers!!! Acceleration improvement was great and the rumble was enough to turn heads but not overpowereing. As far as the milage, filled up right after I finished and I have about 130 miles on a quarter tank all in city miles so there is definately and improvement there. Only note on installation...dont forget to notch the rubber stripping when bending it around the edges." —Ryan B from Vine Grove, KY bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
"The kit installed easily. The horsepower is there and the fuel economy wil be there as soon as I stop getting on it." —Alexander B from Phila, PA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
"Very fast delivery! Best price around! Go check for yourself, I still haven't found any cheaper! Took me about an hour and a half due to me just taking my time and making sure everything was right. I was anxious to try this baby out, after I let the truck idle and get used to the extra air, I opened the throttle some as I was going down the street and immediately I could hear the growl! When I got on the express way I opened her up even more and she just responded like a true champ. I could definitely the difference! Does save on gas as well, and that's a plus here in Chicago! Just have to try and keep it smooth on lake shore drive and not attract the "wrong" kind of attention...Police!! Thanks AutoAnything, keep your prices and your service the same, I do plan on more purchases in the future." —Samuel O from Chicago, IL bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
"It sounds great with a cat-back. lots of power on the highway with towing a trailer...." —Mike B from Apopka, FL bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
"This was a simple removal and install. I'm not a gear head and still took less than a hour to complete. However, the Ford Expedition 4.6 was plagued by the moose call/idle air intake noise. Some simple refab to reinstall the IAS resonator in line and all was well. Runs better than now than it did with just a K&N filter in the stock intake. As for gas mileage, no improvement. It seems to have better passing power at higher rpm's but no real difference at normal or low rpm's." —Gary M from Silver Lake, KS bought a K&N 77 Series Metal Intake Kit for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
"My intake works really great! It has increased fuel economy, more power, saves $$ instead of replacing the filter, saves the enviroment on multiple levels- less trash, less fuel consumption. It looks great too! :)" —David L from Chula Vista, CA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
"I think this is a great product. I noticed an immediate increase in power, mostly in the RPM range from the graph of the dyno that was provided. Sounds great and looks even better. It was easy to install and the hardest part was putting the gasket on the heat shield just because of the fit. I noticed a slight increase in gas mileage but not until over the 2000 rpm range. I got better mileage at 80 than 70, go figure. Anyway, I love it." —Anthony C from Pottsboro, TX bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 2000 Ford Expedition.
