Installed on 1997 F150 4.6 liter. Installation pictures and instruction were a bit different than my truck. Not a big deal to install, although I had to cut a section of the throttle body cover to route a hose.
There was a quarter sized mar on large diameter pipe that ends ups pointed forward and is easy to spot. I did not cause the mark it was shipped that way and I was already too deep to stop reassemble and return. Not that big a deal to me anyway.
Filled up with gas, reset the odometer. Results: Seemed to be a subtle amount more torque from stop, seems stronger throughout RPM's.
Gas mileage: I was getting about 18 - 19 MPG, new calculations say 20+. I checked at 370 miles about 100 of which are 65-70 interstate, 25 in city, and the rest on rural highways.
Probably worth the money and will someday pay for itself. A lot less expensive than other brands and most likely same performance result. Installation looks good on the truck
