"I put this intake in my 2000 Chevy cavalier. The sound it produces is phenominal. I get a nice whine/whooshing sound that is kind of hard to explain, but you can only hear it when you really get into the throttle. Otherwise it's completely silent. I noticed a HP gain, as my acceleration is faster, but haven't noticed any fuel economy gains. That's probably bc I can't keep my foot off the floor. The directions included were the best directions I have ever seen in an aftermarket part. They included pictures, diagrams, and detailed step by step directions. It took me about 2 hours if you count removal of the old air box. Overall I am very satisfied and as usual AutoAnything had the lowest price and the best service." —Matt D from Fishers, IN bought an AEM Cold Air Intake System for a 1993 Ford F-150.
"The FIPK unit for a 93 F150 is hard to come by at a decent price, here it was beaten by several competitors by 40 bucks..which did save some green. The appearance of it box or in the truck is awesome the stock unit looks fairly ugly and this brightens up the engine bay!! Installation was a bit of a breeze a bracket had to be slightly bent but other than that anyone should know what they are doing for about an hour and a half :) With a gibson side cat back it sounds not only better but performs!!" —Beau D from Christiansburg, VA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 1993 Ford F-150.
"Doesn't exactly dress up under the hood, but it seems to add a little power to the low end. Also, I like the sound. It was missing a bolt, lucky for me that I had one to fit. Make sure you have glasses for the instructions that they send - they be little. As an addition to the rest of my upgrades, I am happy with the purchase." —Roy D from Yakima, WA bought a K&N 57 Series FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) for a 1993 Ford F-150.
